All items on this menu are made to order, the day of your event. Some items may not be available due to seasonality, poor quality at time of delivery or short notice. In the event the quality of an item does not meet our standards, all efforts will be made to make substitutions with your permission. To ensure the finest quality, some menu items are only seasonally available. This will be noted on the menu. Ordering: We request at least 48 hours notice for all catering orders. Special orders require 72 96 hours notice. Certain orders can be accommodated same day or next day for an additional charge of 25%, please ask for details. Minimums: All hot and cold appetizers require a minimum order of 2 dozen per flavor. Tea sandwiches and mini rolls have a 1 dozen minimum order. Individual entrée dinners have a minimum of a 6 person order. Utensils, Plates, Etc.: Black plasticware costs $1.50 per person. Plasticware includes a dinner plate, fork, knife, and napkin. Serving utensils are free of charge upon request. Foil Pans & Platters: Hot appetizers, entrees and certain other menu items come in disposable foil pans for easy heating. Heating instructions are included with these items. Should you wish to use your personal platters, please inquire as not all platters are suitable.
