EAGLES EXPERIENCES One hour included in the package SWOOP (ONE HOUR) SWOOP, one of the most beloved and iconic mascots in the NFL, is known for his fun-loving personality, being the center of attention, and entertaining fans of all ages. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCES Not included in the package STADIUM TOURS $5 (per student) Students will enjoy access to some of the exclusive spaces at Lincoln Financial Field. Suggested Tour Length is 30 minutes. STADIUM HD VIDEO BOARDS $250 (both boards / per hour) Place your School Logo, Special Images, Photos, or Video. The possibilities are endless this will truly add an element of WOW to your Prom. EAGLES DRUMLINE $100 (per member / per hour / 4 member min) The Eagles Drumline, comprised of the finest percussionists and talented musicians, delivers riveting performances of original beats. FAQ S Changes to approved layout The approved layout was designed to keep labor hours to a minimum. Because of package pricing, there are a set number of labor hours included: 50 pre-apprentice carpenters who are responsible for setting up the room and 50 cleaning hours. Changing the approved diagram may increase costs. Please discuss any requested changes with your Sales or Event Manager. Entertainment The package does not include electrician hours. Please discuss your entertainment needs to your Sales or Event Manager to confirm that no electrician hours would be needed. If needed, the day rate for an electrician would be $1500. Food and Beverage Changes can be made to the Food and Beverage Menu and may change the pricing. Please discuss requested changes with your Aramark Event Manager. Staffing There will be (3) Guest services staff for your event. They are responsible for directing guests and answering questions. There will also be (2) APEX Security Agents monitoring the main event space. We do request that the school provides an appropriate number of chaperones or school administrators to supervise the students. 1 per 30 students is the minimum required by the stadium. Proms have evolved into giving the students more time to socialize, eat at their convenience, and enjoy the entertainment. The approved layout is designed to create an elegant reception style experience which encourages more socializing. Below is an approved diagram for this package.
