Winter Season In preparaaon for the upcoming winter season, Summit Park Communiies has created a snow and ice removal program with the goal of keeping the property walkways and parking areas safe and clear. As needed, and as the snow fall permits, we will begin by plowing the parking lots. Then we will shovel front steps and sidewalks, and clear walkways from the front doors of the property buildings to the parking lots. Upon compleeon of these areas, we will then begin clearing rear steps and sidewalks to each building (if any). Summit Park Communiies will also clear one or more pathways from sidewalk locaaons to center points in the parking areas, thereby allowing a safe path to your car. If, for any reason, the areas on the property indicated above have not been cleared within six (6) hours of the end of the ice or snowfall, or if ice accumulates along the pathways aaer they have been cleared, we ask that you immediately contact your property management office and/or leave a message with our answering service.
