Real food parties WHAT ARE OUR PARTIES ABOUT? Kids love parties and as their moms, we don't mind the occasional sweet treat but when we look at the bigger picture, there is a lot of sugar and food like products (not actual food with nutrients) making its way around schools, parties, and most social events. Parties can be just as fun with healthy and super tasty foods and treats! Perhaps your child suffers from food intolerances or you are a mom that works really hard to prepare healthy food for your family but party packs and the school's tuck shop makes it all the harder to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Not to mention finding a party venue that will share in your preferred eating habits! After a lot of thought over the past few months, I realized a calling for creating real food parties.i felt like part of the problem catering for 'high sugar' parties. I want to to be part of the solution and help children to develop a healthy and beneficial relationship with food. My real food parties will focus on where food comes from, the process of making it and appreciation for fruit and vegetables. And the best part is to enjoy the meal with friends and feeling very chuffed that they actually made it. Honey and fruits will be our natural sweetener of choice (if needed in the recipe) Only good quality stone ground flour and organic dairy products will be used. Last details HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING? Get in contact with me through e-mail. I will need the following: Date and time of party Number of children Confirm party package and menu options Any allergies or special diets I should be aware of Names of all the children attending once numbers has been confirmed Payment details Once I have received all the information and I have the date available I will send out an invoice. A deposit of R1000 is payable to reserve the booking The final payment needs to be received one week before the party If the party is canceled one week before the booked date the deposit will be forfeited. Minimum booking is for 8 children Maximum booking is for 15 children, if you want to make a booking for a larger group, extra fees will apply. TIMES Party hours are from 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. 3 hours: Masterchef Fridays and Saturdays You are welcome to set up 1 hour before the party starts FOOD FOR THOUGHT When making choices for party packs, drinks and snacks please keep in mind that we are working towards a common goal of healthier parties.
