The menu is designed so that you may pick and choose individual items to build a meal that is all your own. Please note that you are not limited to the items on this menu. If you have any ideas or requests for your meal, I would like to hear them, and I will do my best to fulfill them! The prices listed on this menu include a buffet-style set-up and quality disposable dinnerware. Stoneware dishes and glassware, etc. may be available for use depending on the location of your event for an additional $1 per person. For events that require the meal to be served rather than buffet-style, an additional $1 per person charge will apply. Billing / Payment I currently do not require a contract and/or deposit. I simply ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you anticipate any date changes or a possible cancellation. A final count is required one week prior to the event, and that is the number that will be used for billing purposes. Sales tax must be added to your bill. Gratuity is not included in our prices, and it is never required although it is greatly appreciated. Payment is due the day of the event. I prefer cash or check.
