The sign F/B means that you can use either a food processor or a blender. A lot of people think that for making raw food you necessarily need a blender, but this is not so. In almost every recipe you can use a food processor instead of a blender without a problem. When using a blender, you can usually stir all the ingredients at once. But when using a food processor, it is very important that you always mix dried fruit first and when it almost sticks together into a ball, gradually add the liquid. 17
