WEDDINGS Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering our beautiful gardens and venue to celebrate your Wedding Day. Here at Old s Park Sports Club our dedicated team are committed to provide the best of service, whether you choose to celebrate your marriage in our front garden setting, have a cocktail party on our deck or a formal 3 course lunch or dinner in our function room both overlooking Sydney s CBD skyline and manicured greens we will work with you to ensure your day is one to remember. We pride ourselves on flexibility and can discuss any special requirements, requests and dietary requirements you may have. We invite you to make an appointment with us to inspect our facilities and immerse yourself in the relaxed atmosphere that we have here at Old s Park Sports Club. Enjoy a splendid relaxing garden wedding ceremony set up from 20 to 120 chairs plus signing table from $200.00. (Celebrant, flowers, decorations, entertainment and many other options are available upon request, charges apply) Additional Information Room Hire Times and set up times per applications, dependent on lunch or dinner ceremony Table / Seating plan must be provided no less than 5 days prior ensuring all catering and seating / hire options can be confirmed prior the event, we can assist with suggested table layout/s options. We will provide and display table seating plans for your guests which will be displayed on the day. You must inform management if you wish to provide your own entertainment or book your own band. Permission MUST be obtained from management and management reserve the right to ask the sound to be reduced at any stage throughout your function. BAREFOOT BOWLS Looking for a great Corporate, work, family or friends Barefoot Bowls Venue in Sydney? Olds Park Sports is the place for you located in Olds Park Fields and Recreational parks in leafy Beverley Hills. We have 3 perfectly manicured greens available with fantastic city views and facilities so why not try our relaxing budget friendly barefoot bowling packages. Our relaxed, friendly air-conditioned Club House and deck atmosphere overlooking the greens is the ideal setting to enjoy a fun barefoot bowling experience. PACKAGES Our packages include all green fees, set up, clearance and bowls hire. $10.00 PER PERSON includes all green fees, set up, clearance and bowls hire $13.95 PER PERSON includes a schooner of local tap beer, or a glass of house sparkling, house white or red wine, or glass of orange, apple or apple juice or can of soft drink or stubby of Corona or glass of Pimms or Aperol & Lemonade. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following Terms and Conditions of business are in no way created to offend but to ensure all our customers are fully aware of the conditions of the Function and Event, any hire, hired and or sub-contracted goods and or services which will assure to the best of the Clubs ability all runs smoothly on the day or night and there are no misunderstandings. The Club needs to also assure any and all outside hire of any equipment, goods and or services are paid for as per the out sourced business and or sub-contractors terms and conditions. FUNCTION DEPOSITS AND OR BAR TABS All functions and or events will be quoted for on as per the customer requirements and requests with all quotes being valid for 30 days. To secure a booking 10% of the final agreed and accepted quote or function package is required. Should your booking proceed the booking fee will be deducted from your final written and approved function price. Dependent on the Function, Event and or final number a further 50% MUST be paid for 30 days prior and the balance of 40% of the total costs prior the Function or Event date. In the event of a cancelation, any cancellation in excess of 2 months prior the Function or Event date all fees will be refunded. In cancellation of less than 2 months prior the Function or Event date a 20% administration / re-booking fee will apply. All cancellations MUST be made in writing by the person/s making the original booking. Bar Tabs or open Bar Tabs will require a valid credit card to be taken and or left (securely held) by the Club with any and all beverages or any further charges to be paid for in full on the conclusion of the Function and or Event. EXCLUSIVE USE OF FUNCTION ROOM / RESTAURANT AND OR BALCONY DECK On a Friday, Saturday day or night, Sunday lunch, or Public Holiday TOTAL EXCLUSIVE USE of the restaurant / function room, a minimum total spend of $5,000.00 on food and beverage applies, with a $500.00 set up and set down of the room. Any and all other time will be on a price on application basis. Dependent on the Function / Event date and time of the Function and or Event. The Club reserves the right to serve meals, finger foods and or snack foods to its other members and guests, ensuring this does in any way effect the service and or privacy of your Function or Event. PART OR SECTION USE OF FUNCTION ROOM / RESTAURANT AND OR BALCONY DECK Will be based on your Function or Events requirements and quoted at the time and dependent on set up and set down requirements and Function or Event size. ROOM CAPACITY Our function room, restaurant, deck, balcony area holds up to, 350 guests cocktail style, 200 seated sit down lunch or dinner style and 250 seated forum styles. Our function staff will discuss the following with you; As a registered club, all guests must be signed in by a Financial Member of the Club and is a legal requirement to do so, we would organize a sign in sheet for your guests. Dependent on the size of your Function and or Event Old s Park Sports Club Loyalty Program benefits / points are excluded. However, the function organizer ONLY accumulated Club points can be used to pay for and or as part payment of the Function and or Event. Old s Park Sports Club upon request can supply additional services, priced and charged on application such as band s DJ s, balloons, flowers, table decorations, seat covers or any other request within our and or sub-contractor s ability to provide. Old s Park Sports Club Management and Staff abide by and practice all NSW, Federal Government and Liquor Licensing rules and regulations. Intoxicated persons and those persons whose behavior is considered by Management as disorderly will be refused serviced and asked to leave the licensed premises and its grounds. Management reserves the right to terminate the function, without refunds of monies should such behavior present a problem or danger to any other Club Members, Guests and or the Clubs neighbors. The same applies with any illegal activity/s what so ever from any person or persons attending the Function or Event.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS STRICTLY NO alcohol or food are permitted to be brought to and or into the venue except for (event) cake which may incur a plate-age fee. Any and all children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult or legal guardian at all times. No child or children under the age of 18 are permitted to be in immediate bar area and or where ever liquor is served. The Club has a designated smoking area / balcony / deck. The Club has wheel chair access and toilet. Candles, sparklers and or any flammable candles are NOT permitted on the Club premises and or must have approval by Club Management if unsure. NOTHING to be hung, screwed and or stuck to ceilings and or walls unless approved by Club Management. SECURITY GUARDS AND VENUE SECURITY BONDS By Law and the Liquor Act, the Club needs to provide security per every 100 persons, cost is subject to your function and or its exclusive function room use. Security staff costs vary, and additional charges apply on weekends and public holidays. (price on application and a minimum 4-hour fee applies per guard) This fee and or fees will and may vary from function to function and dependent on the function time and or date security cost may not apply. The Club reserves the right to request more than one Security Guard per 100 persons at any function at its discretion. Dependent on the Function or Event if a security bond is required this would need to be paid 14 days prior over and above any other deposits, fees and or charges required, otherwise the function and or event will be cancelled without notice. This security bond will be refunded 5 working days after the Function or Event should there be NO DAMAGE or theft of any items, plant and equipment belonging to the Club and or any sub-contractors and or their plant and equipment used and or hired for your Function and or Event. TWENTY FIRSTS BIRTHDAYS (21ST) Any and all 21st will incur a security deposit and MUST have responsible, parent/s or legal guardian/s attend and present at all times throughout the function. PAYMENTS Payments can be made via all major credit cards and debit cards. Cheques are and will only be accepted when cleared with clear funds into the Clubs account prior to the due date for any fees and or deposits. CHEQUES ARE NOT AND WILL NOT BE accepted outside the above conditions. All prices quoted and charged include GST Old s Park Sports Club reserves the notify the Function and or Event organizer to changes prices (within reason and or when and if the price change is out of the Club s control) Management and staff of Old s Park Sports Club all abide by and practice all NSW Government and Liquor Licensing rules and regulations
