We smoke and wrap your goods in foil for you to pick up the following business day after 5 pm or as stated by the cashier. *Holiday hours differ from regular pick up times. * Please bring meat fully thawed. Please leave meat wrapped with weight tag in place if possible. Please check dates in the restaurant for last day to accept meats during holidays. If you are bringing them on the final day before holiday, bring them early because cooking space is limited. Due to shortage of space we ask that you please pick up your meats the next business day after 5pm or as stated by cashier. If your bringing a whole turkey let us know if you want your giblets. Meats may be cold or cooling when picked up. Meats left passed the scheduled pick up day may occur a $5.00 fee.
