Aluminized Steel is the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Heavy gauge steel allows for even heat distribution and maximum service life. Many of our pans feature steel wires in the rim construction to provide additional strength. 12
Our Americoat Plus is a proprietary silicone coating that nearly all commercial bakers prefer. Our clear, non-stick coating is specifically formulated for superior release and easy clean-up. Americoat Plus does not contain PTFE or PFOA. The Fluted Surface was designed by USA Pan to maximize pan strength, resist warping, and increase the pan s durability. The fluted surface also facilitates air circulation which translates to a more evenly baked product that releases easily. 3
