She has contributed to both the North Shore Foodie and East Van Foodie Cookbooks and has been a consulting chef for Bridge Brewing, Windsor Meats and Luppolo Brewing. Chef Krissy has put her culinary mark on Fergie s, developing it into the funkiest eatery in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Big on working with local farmers, Krissy believes good food should be fresh, seasonal and down-to-earth delicious. Fergie s works with local farmers and purveyors. We strive for fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and because of this, ingredients may change due to availability and quality. Family style service is available for Fergie's BBQ Feast, Fiesta and Hog Roast. Please note this style of service requires additional servers and rental equipment. Serving staff are not included and are charged at $25/hour plus tax per service staff. Please contact our Wedding & Event Manager to discuss the staffing requirements for your wedding meal.
