Menu Details Food and Beverage Minimums & Policies All food and beverage must be provided from our licensed kitchen. The exception to this rule is wedding cake. A minimum of 25 people is required for a banquet. If guest count falls below 25, the client will be charged based on 25 people. The food and beverage minimum may be met with any menu items including hors d oeuvres, dinner, dessert and beverages. The minimum applies only to adults. Tax and gratuity may not be included in the food and beverage minimum. Additional Fees Carving stations require a $150.00 station attendant fee. A $2.00 per person cake cutting fee applies to cakes brought in from outside vendors. A bar fee of $150.00 is required for all banquet spaces. This fee covers setup and staffing of a bar. 18% Tax and gratuity is added to the cost of the banquet. Bar Bar may be host or no host. Restrictions may be set on what items are served. Example: beer and wine only A minimum of $250.00 in beverages must be guaranteed to set up a bar. The client will be charged the difference if the minimum is not met. Children s Meals Children are considered to be under 12 years of age. There is no buffet charge for children under 2. Children may eat from the buffet at half price or choose a children s menu item. Vendor Meals A meal for vendors such as photographer or DJ is generally expected. A meal may be provided at half price for those vendors while working. Payment Schedule 50% payment of estimated final food charges required 30 days prior to event. 100% final payment of guaranteed attendance is required 72 hours prior to event. Food and beverage will be ordered, prepared and provided based on what has been paid for at 72 hours prior to event. On-consumption items are to be paid within 14 days after the event.
