SPRING 2017 BIO Products Consumers are evolving and their mindsets and behaviour are moving towards sustainability. This trend is evident in the supermarket aisles, which are filling with BIO labels and sustainable products. Legions of shoppers now want products with natural ingredients and organic recipes. More than half of them are willing to pay a premium for this type of product. And they do. Traditional recipes They prefer traditional baked goods, with familiar flavours that remind them of their childhoods. The importance of traceability In a hyper-connected world, where information is easily accessible, supermarkets must take the trouble to show that what they sell is authentic. The Tomato version can be eaten solo, but it is even tastier with mild cheese, meat, or fish. For a snack, the Cheese version is an excellent option.
