To re-order your favourites phone 00 7 7 Lamb Cutlets ith Macadamia Dukkah lamb cutlets / cup plain flour salt freshly ground black pepper eggs tablespoons milk cups soft breadcrumbs Oil, for shallo-frying Portioned serve of Macadamia Dukkah Trim any excess fat from the lamb cutlets. Mix the serving of Macadamia Dukkah ith cups of breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to the ½ cup of flour, and put on a flat plate. Beat the eggs and milk together ith a fork in a shallo dish. Coat both sides of each lamb cutlet in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip the cutlets in the egg mixture and then in the macadamia and breadcrumb mix, pressing the mixture on ith the palm of the hand to secure. Place the cutlets in a single layer on a tray, cover and refrigerate for minutes (this ill help to keep the breadcrumbs on during cooking). Preheat the oven to 80 C.
