Detox over 7 days Advices: - Start after the holidays if you leave - Do not extend the detox more than 10 days - The success of the program and the results depend on each person and many factors - The tips in this document are not diagnoses and do not substitute medical advice - before starting any program we advise to obtain the approval of your doctor - detox is not indicated for breastfeeding women Detox Day 1 When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon yoga session * 1 yogurt (soya) and 1 fruit of your choice

1 fruit of your choice Choice 1: Almond smoothie with 1 banana 250 ml of vegetable milk 40 gr of almonds (tapered) Choice 2: Green smoothie with 4 cups of young spinach sprouts 1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk Lunch Pea soup Peel 1 onion and slice it, saute it in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add 100 gr of frozen peas, 1 small potato and cover with water. Add 1/2 dice of organic broth. Boil the water. Serve and add 1 tablespoon of linseed oil. Evening Choice 1: Cauliflower soup 150 gr cauliflower

1 potato 300 ml of milk (vegetable) organic vegetable broth Choice 2: Salad of green beans and smoked salmon 250 gr of green beans 50 gr of smoked salmon 1 red onion season with lemon and 1 teaspoon of oil ASK YOUR COACH FOR MORE RECIPES DETOX DAY 2 When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon yoga session * 1 yogurt (soy) and 1 handful of nuts 1 orange with cinnamon Choice 1:

Kiwi smoothie 250 ml of vegetable milk 2 kiwis 1 pear Choice 2: Lassi soy 2 soy yogurts 1 cup of water 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water 1 c of cinnamon Lunch Indian soup Wash and drain 150 grams of cauliflower, then divide into small bunches, mince 1 onion, 1 leek and 15 g ginger, cut 1 potato into cubes. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add leek, onions and ginger, cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, cumin and coriander. Then add 1 clove of garlic, cauliflower tops and cubes of potatoes. Cover with 300 ml organic broth and bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes. Pour 100 ml of soy milk, mix and serve Evening: 330/5000 Mushroom soup Peel and slice 1 onion. Bring 300 ml of water to the boil and add 1/2 cube of organic broth. Add 250 gr mushrooms and sliced onion. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Mix with a blender and gradually add 3 tablespoons of soy cream. Salt, pepper.

Detox Day 3 When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon HIIT session * 1 yogurt (soy) and 1 handful of nuts 1 handful of almonds and 1 fruit of your choice Chia smoothie 1 banana a handful of frozen blueberries 3 tablespoons of chia seeds 150 ml of vegetable milk Choice 2: Super green smoothie 1 banana 100 gr kale

1 handful of goji berries 1 cup of almond milk Lunch Peppers stuffed with millet: Chop 1 onion and brown in 1 small c of olive oil with 1/2 aubergine cut into pieces. Add 40 gr of raw millet, 1 tsp of tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Empty 2 peppers and arrange them in a baking dish. Fill them with the millet to 2/3 of the height while tamping well. In a saucepan, heat 300 ml of water and melt 1/2 of organic broth. Pour the broth into the peppers to the brim and the rest of the broth to the bottom of the dish. Replace caps with peppers. Bake at 180. Remove the dish after 25 minutes, take the broth from the bottom of the dish to fill the peppers on top. Re-bake for another 1/4 hour. Evening Lentil soup Peel 1 onion and slice it, make it in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Rinse 1 cup of lentils, drain and add. Cover with water, cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes. When the lentils are melting, put your soup in the blender. Add vegetable milk if necessary. Detox 4 day

When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon HIIT session * 1 yogurt (soy) and 1 handful of nuts 1 fruit of your choice Bread with 2 choices 2 small slices of wholemeal bread with 1/2 avocado or 1 fried egg salt and pepper Lunch, vegetarian dish: In a saucepan, boil a large amount of salt water and plunge 40g (raw) of quinoa or whole rice. Cook it the time indicated on the package. In a frying pan heat 150 gr of green beans or broccoli and 1 vegetarian steak, use 1 teaspoon of olive oil for cooking. Evening, burn fat spinach Soup Peel 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic and slice it, brown in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Take 4 cubes of frozen spinach (or 200 g fresh), drain and add them. Cover with milk (vegetable), cover the pan and let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cube of organic broth and put your soup in the blender.

Add water if needed. Salt and pepper to taste Choose another green vegetable if you do not like spinach Detox Day 5 When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon HITT session * 1 yogurt (soya) and 1 fruit of your choice 1 fruit of your choice Apple or pear and cinnamon smoothie 1/2 cup of applesauce without added sugar 1/2 apple or pear 1/2 c cinnamon 1/2 c nutmeg 100 ml of vegetable milk (e.g. almond milk) Lunch: Pumpkin stuffed with chickpea and pomegranate salad:

Cut 1 small pumpkin, remove the seeds, bake in the oven for 10-15 min at 180, stuff with 100 g of chickpeas already cooked and a few tablespoons of pomegranate seeds, 4-5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley, a clove of minced garlic, salt and pepper. Season with 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or / and the juice of a lemon and 1 tbsp. dried basil Evening Beet salad, oranges and walnuts with 1 cooked beetroot, 2 large carrots and one orange sliced 2 handfuls of walnut kernels seasoned with a small spoon of walnut oil and one of linseed oil a c of white balsamic vinegar and a few sprigs of parsley. Day 6 Detox When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon HIIT session * 1 yogurt (soy) and 1 handful of nuts 1 orange with cinnamon Choice 1: Chia Pudding:

The day before, in a bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds with 100 ml of vegetable milk, let stand overnight cool (mix several times). The next day garnish with a fruit of your choice. Choice 2: wholemeal bread and egg 2 small slices of wholemeal bread Lunch: Curry vegetables: Cut 100-150 grams of tofu or chicken into cubes, peel and chop 1 clove of garlic, slice 1 onion. Cut 1 red pepper and 2 carrots into slices. Wash and cut 150 gr of Paris mushrooms. wash 1/2 broccoli. In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat, color chilli, onions, carrots, mushrooms, tofu, garlic and broccoli. Add salt and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and curry. Cook for 5 minutes Then serve directly on the plates, garnish with basil and accompany with a handful of rice or quinoa. Evening: Choice 1: Carrot soup 2 carrots 1 onion, 1 leek organic vegetable broth 300 ml of water 1 teaspoon of linseed oil 1 cumin Choice 2: Endive and shrimp salad 2 endives

8 shrimps 1/4 of lawyer For the vinaigrette: a hint of mustard, 3 spoons of milk or vegetable milk Detox day 7 When you get up A hot tea with 1/2 lemon HIIT session * 1 yogurt (soya) and 1 fruit of your choice 1 fruit of your choice Golden milk Pour a drizzle of vegetable milk into a saucepan and dissolve 1 teaspoon of powdered turmeric. Once the mixture is relatively homogeneous, pour the rest of the milk (1 cup). Mix well without making lumps. Heat on a low heat. When the milk becomes hot and starts to smoke, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Stop cooking just before boiling. Add a vanilla pod if you like. Lunch Pasta made of zucchini:

Spend with the thrifty or mandolin over the length of 2-3 zucchini to obtain long flat tagliatelle. When you approach the seeds, turn the zucchini and start cutting the other side. The seeds will prevent the tagliatelle from maintaining their shape, so you should not use this part of the vegetable. Cook the tagliatelle 2-3 minutes in boiling water. For the sauce you can choose a homemade tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes and you can add 100 gr of tofu to the pan or 50 tuna gr (without oil). Evening Pumpkin soup Cut 1 onion finely and cut 1/4 pumpkin and fry the onion with 1 teaspoon oil over low heat. When the onion has changed color, add the pumpkin and mix. Once the pumpkin has turned dark orange, cover with water and add 1/2 cube of organic broth. Let heat on medium heat for ten minutes. Add 200 ml of vegetable milk, mix and let cool. Once your preparation is cold, pass it to the blender. Put salt and pepper at your taste. add a teaspoon of linseed oil. Congratulations you have finished your week! CONTINUE TO USE THE BOOSTER AND INTEGRATE JUICE PLUS FRUIT AND VEGETABLE CAPSULES TO CONTINUE DETOXIFICATION
