UMESHU (PLUM WINE) - served with crushed ice. KISHU MONOGATARI UMESHU - Wakayama, 15% - The juice is extracted and stored away and left to mature for up to a year. After which it is fermented in wine yeast and sugar to produce a sweet aromatic plum wine. This plum wine also has the plums still in the liquor and they make a delicious addition to the experience.

SHOCHU - is Japanese distilled beverage typically contains 25% alcohol by volume.
