2016 Gippy Rocks Festival Stallholder Application Gippy Rocks Inc. invites stallholder applications for its Retro Market to be held on Sunday, 13 November 2016 in conjunction with the second annual Gippy Rocks Festival. The market will be held in a closed section of Macalister St, Sale in front of the Sale Memorial Hall with live bands and dancing to create a vibrant atmosphere. Goods for sale must fit the 1950s retro theme of the festival and market. Food and drink vendors are also invited. Set up and pack up details will be sent to successful applicants. BYO marquees and tables Note: All marquees must be in good condition and MUST be properly secured for the safety of other stallholders and the general public. Stallholders with unsatisfactorily secured marquees will be asked to disassemble their marquee and to exit from the market. Fees will NOT be refunded. Gippy Rocks Inc. does NOT supply marquees or weights. We love our music but sometimes it can be noisy. Our goal is to run a fun, vibrant market which supports our theme and purpose, and encourages members of the public to attend. Therefore, in order to ensure a variety of offerings and to maximise the success of individual stall holders, we may limit the number of stalls offering similar products or services.
