Miscellaneous Details for Corporate Groups All meetings include: Tables setup classroom, or banquet style, white linens on round tables, unclothed long farm tables, the option of outside lunch on our patio (space and weather permitted). AV/ Sound equipment must be pre-ordered

through Technicom or brought in by client. All AVsetup is the responsibility of the client/technicom. Minimum Expenditures and Room Rental Half Day with Food and Beverage Minimum Expenditure is $1500 for morning corporate meetings or afternoon only meetings with food and beverage (5 hour max) prior to service charge and sales tax. A room rental Charge will be issued for the difference between food and the minimum expenditure and will be charged sales tax. Full Day with Food and Beverage Minimum expenditure is $2800 for full day corporate meetings with food and beverage (10 hour max) prior to service charge and sales tax. A room rental charge will be issue for the difference between food and the minimum expenditure and will be charged sales tax. Half Day or Full Day with Beverage Only or No Food Half day (5 hours max) meetings with Beverage only or no Food or Beverage will be charged $2000 + tax room rental Full Day (10 Hours max) with Beverage only or No Food and Beverage will be charged at $4000 + tax room rental NO OUTSIDE CATERING, FOOD OR BEVERAGE MAY BE BROUGHT IN. Deposits, Final Payment and Cancellation A $200 Non-Refundable Deposit is due within 5 days of booking the date to secure the space. Final guaranteed minimum count is due five days prior to the date of the event. The final total will be figured on this amount minus any discount and is due to Gather by credit card, check or cash four days prior. We do not post-bill any events. Please communicate your accounts payable requirements upon booking to ensure the payment is available when it is due. Gather reserves the right to cancel an event due to non-payment within these terms. Cancellation at any time will result in the loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 10 days to 5 days of the event will result in loss of your deposit and $200 cancellation fee being billed and due immediately. Cancellation within four days of the event will result in the loss of the full amount collected, or you will be billed based on either the guaranteed minimum if given to us, or the original estimated amount contracted if we were not given a final guaranteed count. We do not take personal checks at any time for business events. Any add on s the day of the event as requested by onsite personnel will be charged to the card on file and are due by the close of the event. ++Service charge of 24% and Sales Tax of 6% will be applied to entire bill unless a tax exempt certificate is presented upon booking.
