Event Information The Grille at Mahogany Run Offers 3 venues to meet your event needs: The South Patio, The North Patio & The Mahogany Room All room fees include tables, chairs, linens, plates, cutlery & glassware and are based on a 3 hour event time all events have a maximum time of 5 hours and must end by 11:00pm All food and beverage must be provided by The Grille added to all food & special menu or set-up requests and we will do our best to meet your desired budget The South Patio The South Patio is furnished with outdoor patio furniture and a large flat screen TV for your use. Patio furniture can be removed and replaced with round or rectangle tables to fit your needs. Best used for: Hors d oeuvres, Buffets, Cocktail Parties and Plated Dinners for Groups of 20 or less Accommodates: 40 people seated 45 Guests for Cocktail Parties The room fee is $400 for an evening event & $200 for a daytime event The North Patio The North Patio is the outdoor dining area for The Grille. This patio is set up with square tables and a romantic atmosphere. Tables can be arranged according to your event and the number of guests. Best used for: Buffets, Plated Dinners & Passed Hors d oeuvres Accommodates 36 Guests Seated and 45 for Cocktail Parties There is only a minimum for this patio: $3,500 December through May & $2,500 June through November The Mahogany Room The Mahogany Room is our on-site banquet facility. Consisting of dark hard wood floors and exquisite mood lighting this room is set to be your favorite venue for a dance party of 60 or an elegant event of 120. Best used for: Buffets or Cocktail Parties Accommodates: 120 Guests Seated 140 Guests for Cocktail Parties 96 Guests Seated with Dance Floor The room fee is $1,700 on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Evening Event and $1,200 for all other times These amounts include a $500 damage deposit fee and is refundable after the event.
