We also offer gluten free burgers with no compromise on Quality or Flavour The Breed Specific One Renowned for their distinctive natural attributes each variation in marbling contributes to the unique flavour profiles they produce. This range includes traditional breeds of Angus, Hereford and Charolais. The Rustic One In a class of its own this patty is gently formed to give a loose and crumbly texture synonymous with the style of a homemade burger. The Muscle One Made using a blend of larger cuts this muscle burger uses specially selected whole muscles including Chuck, Brisket and Rib. Each cut contributing its own unique flavour and textural attributes to the burger. The Lamb One The Organic One The Mini One The One with Provenance This meaty lamb burger delivers exceptional flavour and succulence that is sure to be a hit with your customers wanting something a little different. Celebrating ingredients that grow as nature intended our organic burger uses traditionally reared grass fed, fully traceable certified prime organic beef. Our mighty mini sliders can be made with beef or lamb. Perfect for hand held bites, party food and entertaining. Our provenance burgers bear the PGI mark and deliver on the demand for British or Irish meat with superior taste, texture and flavour that is also backed by full provenance, distinguishing itself from other burgers in the market.
TAILOR TO TO TASTE Available in any shape and size from the delicate bite size slider at 1.5oz (42g) up to the plate filling 12oz (340g) and every size in between. Our experienced team will work closely with you to tailor your burger to your bespoke requirements. Seasoning is a personal preference and often our customers opt to season in-house Our burgers are made simply with 99% premium grass fed beef with just a hint of salt and cracked black pepper for flavour. If you have your own secret or award winning recipe we can tailor your burger to your own personal preference. FOR FRESHNESS Our premium burgers are quickly and individually frozen from fresh to lock in flavour and the attributes associated with fresh patties. Ensuring excellent delivery when you require, giving you more control. Our frozen patties perform superbly in terms of flavour delivery, texture, juiciness and mouth feel, with minimal weight loss once cooked. All our burgers have a frozen shelf life of 12 months with no compromise on quality or flavour.
