Red 7. Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Pato Torrentes Chile - 13.5% abv A good quality, fruity Cabernet which is round, with soft blackcurrant fruit lifted by a little tannin. The grapes are grown in the shadow of the Andes. 8 Merlot ~ Pato Torrente Chile - 13.0% abv Bursting with ripe, dark berry fruits and coffee bean flavours, this is an elegant, medium bodied all-rounder, delicious with red meat dishes. 9.
