Private Party Policies Payment Upon confirmation of booking a private party 50% of the balance is due at that time along with your private party agreement form (last page). Final payment with guarantee number of guest will be required one week prior to the event. Any event that is booked by phone will be considered tentative until such time as the afore mention paperwork and deposit are given. Payment may be made by Cash, Check or any major Credit Card. Advance deposits received will be applied to final bill. If the event is cancelled 2 months prior to the event a 10% fee will be charged, 1 month prior to the event a 50% fee, 2 weeks or less no refund will be given. Guarantee A guarantee number of guests MUST be given at the time of final payment is made one week prior to the event. Any special situations that may come will be handled on a case by case bases. Food and Beverages This establishment will not permit any food or beverages to be brought into or leave the restaurant, with the exception of cakes(unless prior arrangements have been made). In accordance with the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC), all liquor and beer MUST be purchased by and remain on this establishments premises(no EXCEPTIONS).

Taxes and Service Charge A service charge of 18% and a state sale tax of 8.25% will be applied to ALL functions, unless you have a State Sales Tax Exemption Form, if we do not have a copy BEFORE the event you will LOSE your tax exemption status. Set Up Fees For remote caterings outside this establishment, there is a $100.00 set up/breakdown fee. We must have access to the facilities 4 hours before the event for set up. Other Fees These fees are in addition to the service fee Cake Cutter $20.00 Server/bartender $18.50 per hour Carver/Buffet Attendant $18.50 per hour These price are based on a 4 hour minimum catering job Clean Up Fees A fee will be assessed for any excesses or unnecessary abuse to our facilities. The Host will be responsible for their guests and their actions. This establishment is NOT responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damages that happen at any function that we cater. By booking this party you have been made aware of these policies and accept them.

At that time 50% of the estimated total will be due, the remaining balance is due one week (5 working days) prior to the event, when the guarantee is given. Number of guests must be guaranteed one week (5 working days) prior to event. You will be charged for the number of guests you guarantee. Should you have additional guests over the agreed number, you will be charged accordingly.
