New Year s Eve Celebration Buffet A perfect end to 2013 and the best way to see in the New Year. There is a sumptuous buffet with coffee and chocolate selection, fabulous sounds of our DJ to keep you on the dance floor, a cheese platter just before midnight and an energetic countdown to 2014. Arrive at 7.30 buffet to be served from 8.00pm then party until 1.00am with our resident DJ Carpaccio of melon and fresh pineapple with sweet ginger syrup. A mirror of seafood delights including prawns, salmon, and herrings with lemon mayonnaise. Platter of terrines and pate with fruit chutney. Fresh vegetable sticks with selection of spiced dips.
