At Corbin Farms Winery we know how important your celebrations and get-togethers really are, and we know how to make them rewarding and memorable. VENUE PRICING SHEET WEDDING VENUE RENTAL INCLUDES: Staffing, ceremony and reception, rehearsal time from 5PM-6PM the night prior to the wedding, up to 2 hours of wedding consultation to help with ideas and setup design plan(s), setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, and catering cleanup if catered by Corbin Farms Winery. Venue rental covers a six-hour time slot (Saturday venue rentals can start any time after 3PM) additional time past six hours is $150 per hour. To reserve your special day, we require 30% deposit and signed contract. Please let us know when you are ready, and we will email our contract to you. OTHER EVENTS DURING BUSINESS HOURS OR WEEKNIGHTS: If you would like to have your event during business hours we can accommodate you in our Side Patio/ Sunroom or Patio & Pergola Area. EVENT TYPES: We host a variety events to fit the needs of our customers: Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Bachelorette Parties, Bridal Showers, Family Reunions, Corporate Mixers, Corporate Meetings, Fundraisers, Anniversary and Birthday Parties. Service gratuity of 15% will be applied. Service gratuity goes directly to service staff, none is allocated to the house. 2

Venue Rental by Area Venue Rental by Area pricing is based on rentals during normal business hours; the winery will be open to the public during the event. Your reserved area will be noted and the public will not be seated in your reserved space. Tasting Room/Inside Dining Up to 60 people $100.00 per hour Side Patio/Sunroom Up to 50 people $50.00 per hour Outside Patio, Pergola, & Farm Up to 100 people $75.00 per hour *Event sizes over 100 require tent rental, which is not included in the venue rental cost. * We offer catering services and would love to cater your event! Please see the page below with catering information for more details! We allow outside catering. If you choose to use an outside catering company or bring your own food for your event, we will charge a facility fee ranging from $50-$200. Please contact us to specify the caterer s need(s) for facility fee that would apply to your event. 3

Venue Rental Pricing Venue Rental Pricing Tiers are based on rentals after normal business hours or large events in which the entire winery would need to be reserved (wedding, reception, reunion, etc.). If you choose to reserve our entire venue; we will not be open to the public. Sunday-Friday Night Rental Beginning at 6PM, includes the reservation of the entire venue, staffing for the event, bistro chairs and tables (linens are not included). If additional tables, chairs, or linens are desired; those may be rented at an additional cost. Up to 200 people $125.00 per hour *Event sizes over 100 require tent rental, which is not included in the venue rental cost. * We offer catering services and would love to cater your event! Please see the page below with catering information for more details! We allow outside catering. If you choose to use an outside catering company or bring your own food for your event, we will charge a facility fee ranging from $50-$200. Saturday Rental Pricing Tiers Reservations may begin anytime after 3PM. Pricing includes the reservation of the entire venue for 6 hours (including setup and cleanup of décor), staffing for the event, bistro chairs and tables (linens are not included). If you would like to reserve the venue for more than 6 hours, you may extend your time for an additional $150 per hour. If additional tables, chairs, or linens are desired; those may be rented at an additional cost. Please see rental-pricing page. Tier I Up to 50 people $599 Tier II Up to 100 people $899 Tier III Up to 150 people $1199 *Event sizes over 100 require tent rental, which is not included in the venue rental cost. * Tier IV Up to 200 people $1499 *Event sizes over 100 require tent rental, which is not included in the venue rental cost. * We offer catering services and would love to cater your event! Please see the page below with catering information for more details! Need a location for your rehearsal dinner? We offer a 20% discount to catering if a rehearsal dinner reservation is made with the reservation of a wedding! We allow outside catering. If you choose to use an outside catering company or bring your own food for your event, we will charge a facility fee ranging from $50-$500. Please contact us to specify the caterer s need(s) for facility fee that would apply to your event. 5

Wine Purchases Wine Tastings: Sweet Wines - $5.00 per tasting per guest (includes 6 choices) Dry Wine - $5.00 per tasting per guest (includes 6 choices) Wine Packages: 6 Reds of your choice- $90.00 6 Whites of your choice- $90.00 12 mixed wines of your choice - $160.00 Each bottle purchased after the initial 12, will be $12 per bottle. The suggested amount of wine for each event will be determined by the size of your party. Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package: Coke products, tea, water, and coffee - $1.00 per person Outside alcohol is limited to beer and champagne (no liquor). A wine package purchase is required in order to bring in outside beer or champagne. An additional fee of $50.00 will be applied to your package. All guests will be asked to show identification to verify his/her age prior to being served alcohol. 6

CATERING If you wish to sample our catered items prior to your event, please call to make a reservation. Fees will apply depending on catering selection and group size.
