Rakesh Kumar Manager Technical & Co-founder of Relitek Services is a technically qualified engineer with vast background of R&D in the field of electronics. With over 20 years of experience in developing and manufacturing of circuits and Automation. He is responsible for the entire Microbrewery Equipment Automation & Designing. His role is from the commencement of a project towards designing setup, Automation, Installation, Testing and Operations with after sales services. He has trained a team of engineers to operate under his supervision and guidelines. His expertise is in designing and developing a control panel to automate and ease brewing operations in a brewer friendly manner.
Harpal Dhankar Business Development Manager of Relitek Services is technically qualified Engineer from the background of Mechanical Engineering with Master in Business Administration. He has experience in Running, Maintenance, Fabrication and Erection & Commissioning of Tea Brewing, Commercial Brewery and Micro Brewery. He worked with reputed company like Kingfisher, Brewforce Technology. His role to ensure design is as per international standards as well client space consideration and Brewer Friendly. He is expertise in Designing, Feasibility Calculation, Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance of Plants.

MALT MILL MILLING Milling is the process where barley grain is made ready for brewing. In milling, malt is milled or crushed to break apart this makes it easier to extract the sugars during mashing. Barely Malt is the backbone of almost every great brewed beer. We design and adjust our Malt Mill to get most out of your malt to get higher extraction rates and brew house yields.
MASH SYSTEM MASHING Mashing converts the starches released during the malting stage into sugars that can be fermented. The milled grain is mixed with hot water in a vessel known as a Mash Tun. In this vessel, the grain and water are mixed together to create a cereal mash. During the mash, naturally occurring enzymes present in the malt convert the starches (long chain carbohydrates) in the grain into smaller molecules or simple sugars (mono-, di-, and tri-saccharides). This "conversion" is called saccharification. The result of the mashing process is a sugar rich liquid or "wort". The mash temperature may be raised to about 75 78 C (167 172 F) (known as a mash out) to deactivate enzymes.
LAUTER TUN LAUTER TUN is a vessel for separating the wort from the solids of the mash. A lauter tun works much like a large sieve. It normally has a slotted, perforated floor, also called a false bottom, which holds the spent milled grains, while allowing the wort to filter through the grain bed and collect in the space beneath; the wort then runs to the brew kettle. Mashing occurs in a separate mash mixer, in which case the mash must be transferred by a pump to the lauter tun. The mash is usually pumped in from the bottom or side of the vessel to avoid excessive aeration of the mash.
PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER (PHE) WORT COOLING WITH PHE Wort Cooling :- After the whirlpool, the wort is rapidly cooled via a heat exchanger to a temperature where yeast can be added. A plate heat exchanger has many ridged plates, which form two separate paths. The wort is pumped into the heat exchanger, and goes through every other gap between the plates. The cooling medium, water & Glycol, goes through the other gaps. It is very important to quickly cool the wort to a level where yeast can be added safely as yeast is unable to grow in high temperatures. After the wort goes through the heat exchanger, the cooled wort is transferred into a fermentation tank.
FERMENTATION SYSTEM FERMENTATION Fermentation takes place in fermentation vessels which come in various forms, from enormous cylindro-conical vessels, through open stone vessels, to wooden vats. After the wort is cooled and aerated usually with sterile air yeast is added to it, and it begins to ferment. It is during this stage that sugars won from the malt are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide, and the product can be called beer for the first time. Our Fermentation vessels are dimple jacketed & available in various finishes such as mirror, mat, golden etc. temperature in these fermenters are controlled automatically as per desired through the control panel. Bunging devices attached herewith control the release of CO2 & yeast processes.

Our PLC is an automated in house design and equipped with all International Standards items. Cleaning In Place It delivers highly turbulent, high flow rate solution to provide a good & proper cleaning. REFRIGERATION SYSTEM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Refrigeration is a process of removing heat from a lowtemperature maintained glycol tank and transferring it to a high-temperature fermenter vessel. The work of heat transfer is traditionally driven by a mechanical pump. Glycol chillers are a specific kind of refrigeration system, often used to cool a variety of liquids - including alcohol and other beverages. Using a chiller allows the brewer to control the temperature of the beer/wort depending on the fermentation needs.
