WHAT YOU NEED TO CREATE: HOW TO MAKE A MILKSHAKE 1 2 3 Create desired flavour of PreGel Gelato, Sorbetto or Soft Serve. Combine with milk and PreGel Arabeschi (Optional), and mix well in a blender. Pour into frozen glass 4 Top with garnishes. The only difference between a Thick Shake and a Milkshake is the consistency. Simply, add more Gelato or Sorbetto (instead of 1 scoop add 3 scoops) and voila, you have a yummy Thick Shake. The process will remain the same but you will now be able to appeal to those customers who like extra thick beverages. Now all you have left to do is place a thick straw upright in the glass and serve your lip-smacking Thick Shake. It s really that simple, we promise.
DRINKABLE DESSERTS Blended MILKSHAKES The traditional way to create a Milkshake is to place all ingredients into a blender and mix until your beverage reaches a smooth and delicious texture. Once mixed, all ingredients combine to become a delicious flavour fusion. There is no limit to what you can mix together. It s all about experimentation and letting your creativity take the lead. Don t forget, Milkshakes appeal to the eye so the visual appearance of your Milkshake is almost as important as the taste. PISTACHIO MILKSHAKE 454 g PreGel Pistachio Gelato 227g milk as needed Chantilly Cream* as needed finely ground pistachios 1. Combine Pistachio Gelato and milk in the base of a blender. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy but still frozen, about one minute. 3. Pour into a frozen glass and garnish with Chantilly Cream and ground pistachios. * See Chantilly Cream recipe CARAMELLLATTE MILKSHAKE 250 g PreGel Vanilla Gelato 175 g Milk 200 g Chantilly Cream* as needed Arabeschi Caramelllatte - 27406 (or Arabeschi LeoLeon - 29902) 1. Combine the Vanilla (or gelato of choice) and milk in the base of a blender. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy, but still frozen. 3. Spread Arabeschi around the inside of the glass and fill with gelato afterwards. 4. Garnish with Chantilly Cream and Topping a desired. * See Chantilly Cream recipe
Blended MILKSHAKES Layered MILKSHAKES RASPBERRY MILKSHAKE PISTACHIO MILKSHAKE WITH PINO PINGUINO BIANCO WITH PINO PINGUINO ORIGINAL 250 g 175 g 200 g 80 g 250 g 175 g 200 g as desired 1. 2. 3. Raspberry Sorbetto or Gelato Whole Milk Heavy Cream PreGel Pino Pinguino Bianco (White Chooclate) - 93502 If desired, decorate the inside of a frozen milkshake glass with PreGel Pino Pinguino Bianco. Place glass back into freezer until needed. Place remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend to desired consistency. Pour into prepared glass and serve immediately. 1. 2. 3. Optional: Decorate glass with PreGel Pino Pinguino Bianco (White Chooclate) as desired. Pistachio Gelato Whole Milk Heavy Cream PreGel Pino Pinguino Original (Chocolate Hazelnut) - 82272 If desired, fill the bottom and decorate the inside of a frozen milkshake glass with PreGel Pino Pinguino Original. Place glass back into freezer until needed. Place remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend to desired consistency. Pour into prepared glass and serve immediately.
Layered MILKSHAKES SPUMONI MILKSHAKE Difficulty: Intermediate 1. Layer a milkshake glass with cherry sorbetto, pistachio gelato and chocolate gelato. 2. Top off with chantilly cream* and enjoy. * See Chantilly Cream recipe GRASSHOPPER MILKSHAKE 350 g Mint Chocolate Chip Gelato 50 g Cream 50 g Milk 15 g Crème de Menthe 15 g Crème de Cacao 1. Combine all ingredients in a milkshake machine or in a blender. 2. Serve in desired glass. CHANTILLY CREAM RECIPE 60g (2.1oz) PreGel Pannasú (Powdered Cream Stabilizer) - 70208 1000g (35.3oz) heavy cream 1. Mix together the heavy cream and PreGel Pannasú (Powdered Cream Stabilizer) - 70208 until free of lumps. 2. Continue to whip to medium to stiff peaks.

PEACH-MANGO ANISE SMOOTHIE WITH SOFT SERVE TOPPING 340 g Peach-Mango Anise Soft Serve 170 g Fresh Orange Juice As Needed Yogurt Soft Serve 1. Combine the Peach-Mango Soft Serve and freshly squeezed orange juice into a blender and process until combined and smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into glasses and top with the PreGel Happy Yo (Yogurt) - Soft Serve. 3. Serve immediately. GREEN TEA MANGO SMOOTHIE 100 g Mango Purée 100 g PreGel Green Tea Gelato 200 g Ice 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.
Smoothies FRUIT SMOOTHIES 28 g PreGel Fortefrutto 170 g Fruit (frozen/fresh) 340 g PreGel Frozen Yogurt 1. Combine the PreGel Mango Fortefrutto, bananas and PreGel Coconut Gelato in a bar blender and mix until smooth. 2. Fold in the fresh diced mango and set aside for assembly. FROZEN MANGO MARGARITA Difficulty: Intermediate 2000 g Water 1 bag PreGel Base Allegra (Alcoholic Base - Hot/Cold Process) - 82404 500 g Tequila 360 g PreGel Mango Fortefrutto - 47772 1. In a large mixing container, combine all ingredients. 2. Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes. 3. Allow to age in refrigerator for 30 minutes. 4. Pour in sanitized machine and freeze per machine instructions.
Smoothies BANANA OAT SMOOTHIE 180 g PreGel Banana Gelato 50 g Fat Free Yogurt 150 g Unsweetened Almond Milk 40 g Oatmeal 150 g Ice 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Decorate with banana and oat pieces. BERRY BEET SMOOTHIE SOUP Difficulty: Intermediate 130 g PreGel Fruit Lounge - Raspberry - 29776 200 g Nonfat Plain Yogurt 200 g Fresh Beets 200 g Skim Milk 50 g Fresh Strawberries 50 g Fresh Raspberries 50 g Fresh Blueberries 50 g Fresh Blackberries 150 g Coconut Milk As Needed Grated Sweetened Coconut As Needed Chia Seeds 1. In a blender, blend together all of the ingredients on high speed until smooth and homogenous. 2. Strain through a chinois and chill over an ice bath. 3. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to consume. 4. When ready to serve garnish the smoothie soup with fresh berries, shredded coconut & chia seeds.
