Made in larger quantities according to your event needs, colourful Batched Cocktails sit in glass beverage dispensers ready for ice and garnish from our bartenders. Add on these featured beverages to your main bar offerings or even expand a Batched Cocktail Bar to a different area of your event. Batched cocktails are available by pre-order only. Policies Bar Package Policies Fergie s holds a BC liquor license and will provide all liquor products and licensing between 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. for your event. We will provide the service of these products with Serving it Right certified staff. Liquor consumed on the property during these hours must be provided and served by Fergie s for licensing and insurance purposes. Alcohol brought in during these hours on the day of your event by client or guest is strictly prohibited. Open Bar Based upon your selections of beverage items, Fergie s will provide a calculated estimate total of beverages for you, and your minimum spend amount will be included in your quote.upon completion of your event, these estimates will be changed to reflect actual consumption, and any differences will be charged. Open bar prices are listed before tax and gratuities. Donation Bar You can request that your guests donate cash toward your final bar bill. Cash donations from your guests will only be applicable toward an Open Bar format. Our staff will place your receptacle on the bar in which your guests can donate an amount of their choosing for their beverages. At the end of the event, the Bar manager will transfer the receptacle to a representative of your choosing. Please let us know the name of that person at least 48 hours before your event. Fergie s service team is not liable for these funds at any time. Cash Bar Based upon your selections of beverage items, we will provide you and your guests with a ticket price amount for each. These prices will include any applicable taxes and gratuity. Your guests will purchase tickets at your event from a staffed drink ticket station. A minimum spend amount will be included in your quote. Upon completion of your event, these estimates will be changed to reflect actual consumption, and any differences will be charged. These charges are final.
Policies Specialty Cocktails Simply select one or two from our Signature Cocktail List and provide us with quantities you wish to purchase. All orders will be confirmed as full buys and then be final, as we must purchase and prep special ingredients for your request. All specialty cocktails are made with a minimum of 2oz spirits unless otherwise noted. Please allow us to recommend proper glassware for your rental order according to your beverage order. Specialty Beverages Should you wish to have a product which is not listed in Fergie's Bar Menu, simply tell us what you envision, and we will provide you with pricing. Due to the liquor laws of British Columbia, we as a licensee, are unable to return any unused product, so these products will be on a full buy basis. Upon confirmation of pricing, we will secure the amounts requested and you will be invoiced for all purchased products. We will do everything in our power to secure your requests and in the case of a product being unavailable, we will inform you to make a substitution. Corkage If you choose to bring in special wine from your personal collection, we charge a $10 corkage fee for wine that is unavailable for us to source. We do not provide bar service with home-brew alcohol. You are welcome to give home-brewed alcohol as gifts or consume it on site for a rehearsal dinner or before/after your event.
Bar Packages Fergie's Catering provides two bar packages with our handcrafted wooden bar. Our experienced team will prepare refreshingly delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your guests. With this professional bar set up, and tear down, you can be at ease knowing that your guests are well taken care of. Full Bar Package $300 Fergie s handcrafted wooden bar Unlimited ice, cooler chests Non-alcoholic beverage bundle of juices, selection of sodas / pops Beverage garnishes of pepperoncino, bitters, simple syrup, olives Tabasco, Worcester sauce, rim salts, cut lemon & limes, sliced cucumber Choice of one housemade non-alcoholic refreshment / mixer: Sparkling Summer Lemonade with ginger & basil Iced Tea, with lemon & honey Sparkling Hibiscus Punch, with mint & honey Basic Bar Package $3.00 per guest. Rental Items & Staffing Should you choose not to use our handcrafted wooden bar, you must rent or provide an adequate professional bar set up for our bar staff, which will be subject to approval by our Wedding & Events team. Contact our Wedding & Events Manager for more information. Glassware is not included and is to be rented by a supplier of your choice. You are responsible for ordering enough glassware, allowing for breakage, guests requesting a new glass with a different drink, or guests loosing track of their glass. Our bar staff will not wash glassware during the event. If at some point in the evening you run out of glassware, or you choose to cut the use of glassware, we will provide compostable beverage cups for your convenience. These compostable products will be added to your final bill. In effort towards our sustainability goals, Fergie s does not use plastic cups, plastic shot glasses, plastic straws or stir sticks for any of our beverages. We reserve the right to refuse any plastic products you wish to serve with our bar service. We have delicious water here and will provide a self serve water station for your guests for the duration of your event. We ask that you do not buy bottled water to consume while on site. Bar staff are not included, and you will be quoted for a Bar manager and a Bar-back. Bar managers are charged at $30/hour, and Bar-backs are charged at $25/hour.
