Policy Payment We accept Credit Cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB Corporate checks must be submitted upon delivery or 30 days from order date. A credit card must be held for security. If a check is not received within 30 days, the credit card on file will be charged with notification. Cash: A credit card must be held on file for security. Corporate Accounts Catering Policy We accept last ute orders without penalty. We ask for two-hour lead time to fulfill your order. Last ute orders cannot be cancelled nor postponed to a later date. Once the order is in our system, it is immediately processed and charged. E-signatures are required to process all orders. If we do not receive confirmation via e-mail, your order will not be processed. Lenwich Catering has a strict no-day-of cancellation policy. In the event that your meeting or event has been cancelled, we must be notified within 1-2 hours of the scheduled delivery time to reroute your order whether it goes to the order person or a charity/ organization of your choice, customers are 100% responsible for the full charge. This includes postponing the order. Gratuity Lenwich Catering suggests a 5% gratuity for the delivery personnel which is displayed as an adjustable tip amount reflected on your e-mail confirmation. Adistrative Surcharge Policy Lenwich Catering charges a 5% Adistrative Surcharge on all catering orders to cover adistrative fees.
