Tiffin Expert: Rashmi Naik Marinara sauce on pizza bread: Bread Cheese Pizza with a tangy topping of Marinara Sauce and veggies is sure to get your kids excited about their tiffin. The sweetness of the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup cuts out the sourness and speeds up cooking time, so a delicious pizza will be ready in no time! Bread cut in circles: 6 slices Tomato puree: 3 medium tomatoes Carrot puree: 2 tablespoons Beetroot puree: 2 tablespoons Finely chopped onions: 1/2 cup Mixed herbs: 1/2 teaspoon Garlic: 1 clove Bay leaf: 1 Oil: 2 tablespoons Fresh chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon Grated cheese for garnishing: 5 gram (each bread slice)

Heat oil. Add the chopped onions and saute the onion until translucent. Add garlic, pureed carrots and beetroot. Add the bay leaf, pepper, and mixed herbs. Add pureed tomatoes, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves. Toast the bread on a non-stick pan. Spoon the marinara sauce on the bread and garnish with cheese. Chicken Patty: Is your child craving a burger? Then these super delicious, yet easy to make Chicken Burger Patties will have your child jumping for joy! Finely chopped chicken breast: 1 Finely chopped onion (small): 1 Garlic: 1-2 cloves Boiled potatoes: 2 Cheese : 1 teaspoon or 5 gram (per burger) Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon Breadcrumbs: 1/4 cup All purpose flour: 2 tablespoon Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon Water: 1/4 cup Whole wheat burger buns For cole slaw Finely shredded cabbage: 1/4 cup Finely shredded carrots: 1/4 cup Thinly sliced onions: 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar/ lime juice: 1 teaspoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon Low fat mayonnaise/ sandwich spread: 2 tablespoons Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon

Heat oil, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, red chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala and saute. Add the shredded/finely chopped chicken pieces and cook it well. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Mash the boiled potatoes and add it to the chicken in a bowl. Mix well and make a fist sized patty. In a separate bowl, mix the all purpose flour in water and add the baking soda for slurry. Dip the patty in the sludge and coat generously with breadcrumbs. Shallow fry the patty till golden brown. For coleslaw, take low fat mayonnaise, shredded cabbage, carrots and onions in a bowl. Add vinegar or lime juice and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Garnish with coriander leaves. Place the patty in a burger bun and serve with coleslaw. VEGETABLE JALFREZI: Vegetable Jalfrezi is a delicious side dish with a perfect blend of flavourful vegetables and spices. It tastes amazing when paired with rice or roti for your child s tiffin. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a nice flavour and a gravy consistency to the dish. Finely chopped onion(small): 1 Tomato pureed: 1 (25 grams) Low fat fresh cream/malai: 1/4 cup Chopped french beans: 2 tablespoons Chopped potatoes: 2 tablespoons Chopped carrots: 2 tablespoons Peas: 2 tablespoons Sweet corn: 2 tablespoons Cumin powder: ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder: ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishing Heat the oil and add chopped onions, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute. Add french beans, potatoes, carrots, peas and sweet corn and saute it for approximately 6-8 minutes, Add tomato puree and cook well. Mix the Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and low fat cream. Stir it well.

Cook for a few minutes till the mixture blends well. And garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti. BAKED MACARONI: Cheese Macaroni Pasta is an instant favourite for kids that they ll finish up in no time! Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup keeps the baked macaroni moist and the creamy cheese from the recipe perfectly complements the ketchup and tastes divine! Boiled Macaroni: 1 cup Tomatoes Puree: 2 medium Carrots Puree: 2 medium Sweet corn: ¼ cup Chopped french beans: ¼ cup Mixed herbs: 1/2 teaspoon Cheese: 2 tablespoons Water: 1/2 cup reserved from the boiling pasta Preheat the OTG to 175 centigrade. In a pan, heat oil, add mixed herbs and pepper, pureed tomatoes and carrots. Then saute. Now add corn, chopped french beans. Mix it well and then add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Then, stir. Add Macaroni, cheese in the mixture and cook it for few minutes and add salt. Spoon the macaroni into muffin tins and garnish it with some grated cheese. Place it in the OTG for 10 minutes. The macaroni bake will firm up in the muffin tray. Easy and bite-sized to pack in the tiffin. POTATO & CHEESE BALLS: Potato Cheese Balls are a lip smacking snack recipe and a yummy treat for your child s tiffin. Loaded with cheese and potato, this recipe is an instant hit with kids of all ages. Potatoes: 2 large boiled Shredded carrot: ¼ cup Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon Grated cheese: 20 grams Crumbled cottage cheese: 40 grams Oil as required Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon Breadcrumbs to coat Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons For the stuffing - Mix the cottage cheese and grated cheese. Add shredded carrot, turmeric and pepper. Make balls. For the casing - Mash the potatoes, add Kissan Tomato Fresh Ketchup. Add cornstarch to firm the dough and salt to taste. Fill the cheese mix in the potato casing and cover with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil or shallow fry till golden brown.
