LEGAL TERMS TAX AND GRATUITY There is a 20% gratuity applied to each event, as well as an 6% sales tax on food and an additional 3% sales tax on liquor. MINIMUM FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPENSE FOR SEMI Private Room (EXCLUDING TAX AND GRATUITY) Tuscany Room (SEMI PRIVATE) $1500 (SEATS 30) EVENT GUIDELINES Time limit per dining space will be limited at the discretion of Luciano s due to special events. No separate checks for private room functions. No separate checks for parties over 6 in main dining area. We will be able to provide split payments for up to 3 payments. MENU Menu selections should be received no later than 5 days prior to your event. All menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability. CONFIRMATION The final number of guests for non private events, with guest count of 12 or more, needs to be confirmed 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. Otherwise you will be responsible for payment of each guest indicated on original contract. DAMAGES You are liable for any damage caused to the restaurant by your guests and we are not liable for damage to or loss of any items left unattended on the premises. CANCELLATION Cancellation of your event within 3 days of the date/time of the scheduled event will result in a $250 cancellation fee to the credit card provided.
