Bellarico s Tuscan Style Subs are Handmade Artisan Subs that are pre-assembled using the finest meats and cheeses on our signature par-baked European baguette. These rolls are the same crusty rolls that are used at our Sub Express Oven Baked Originals and Bellarico s Toasted Sub Shops. The NEXT GENERATION QSR difference is that we have pre-assembled them in our kitchen prior to shipping them to yours. We ve done much of the labor and inventory ahead of time. Bellarico s Tuscan Style Subs ship frozen and have a 10 day shelf life in refrigeration (refrigerate from frozen before baking). The minimal preparation required to bake and display these subs in a Grab n Go merchandiser is very similar to the system used for Bellarico s NY Style Pre-assembled Pizza. (1). Simply bake the pre-assembled refrigerated sub in the oven until toasted golden brown. (2). Top with veggies. (3). Cut the 12 sub in half. (4). Place the 6 sub in our specially designed windowed sub package (included in every case). (5). Check the sub type and best buy time on the package and display them up to 2-3 hours in the heated grab n go merchandiser or simply bake them to order.
