Booking Process A booking form is to be completed within 5 business days in order to secure your reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Credit card details are only required to secure the reservation and no deposit will be taken from this card unless a deposit is requested for your type of booking. Deposits can also be paid via bank transfer, please contact us for further information. Cash payment in person at Lotus The Galeries is also accepted. Banquet Menus Our banquet menus are designed to be shared and are a requirement for groups of 10 or more. We will always try our best to accommodate dietary requirements. We request that you advise us of your variations no later than 72 hours before you dine with us to ensure a smooth service. Beverage Options For groups of 13 or more we require you to pre-select your wines. This is to ensure stock and vintage availability for your event. We have two options available: beverage on consumption or group package options. Cake Selections To make your day even more special, please talk to us about ordering one of our Lotus cakes. Please note we do not allow external cakes to be brought into our venues. Terms & Conditions AV EQUIPMENT Some of our dining room facilities may be compatible with AV equipment. Please contact our events team to discuss how Lotus Dining can assist with your AV requirements. TIME RESTRICTIONS All lunch reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 5:00pm. All dinner reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 12:00am. BEVERAGE SELECTION For groups of 15 or more pre-selection of your beverages is necessary to ensure stock availability for event. PARKING 259 Pitt Street (next door to the Hilton Sydney). SPECIAL OCCASIONS We do allow table decorations but kindly we ask that confetti or glitter are used. CANCELLATIONS Should a guest cancel within 24 hours of the reservation; a cancellation fee of $60 per person may be applied to the credit card on file. CONFIRMATIONS We will contact you no later than 24 hours before your reservation to confirm final numbers. Once numbers have been confirmed, any amendments will be at the discretion of the events and venue managers.
