Group Bookings BOOKINGS FOR 15-40 PEOPLE We can seat groups of this size non-exclusively. Minimum spends will apply, these will vary depending on the size of your group and day of the week. For groups of 10 or more we require you to choose from one of our banquet menus and a 10% service charge will apply to the final bill. SECTION BOOK OUT 20-60 PEOPLE This is for sit down style events. We can organise the perfect event for you with our banquet and beverage package options. Start with canapes and cocktails before sitting down to delight in a shared banquet menu. Minimum spends apply, there is also a 10% service charge on the final bill. We would be delighted to assist you in customising a package that suits all your needs. Please contact our events team at enquiries@lotusdining.com.au with any further enquiries. Terms & Conditions Credit card details are required to secure your reservation. Any booking cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation and a $50 per person charge will be applied to the credit card details on file. Final numbers of guests must be confirmed within 24 hours from the confirmed time and date of your function. In the event that guests numbers reduce from the date of confirmation a charge may apply. We request that you advise us of your variations no later than 72 hours before you dine with us to ensure a smooth service. Terms & Conditions TIME RESTRICTIONS All lunch reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 5:00pm. All dinner reservations must depart the restaurant no later than 12:00am. BEVERAGE SELECTION For groups of 15 or more pre-selection of your beverages is necessary to ensure stock availability for event. SPECIAL OCCASIONS We do allow table decorations but kindly we ask that no helium balloons, confetti or glitter are used. CANCELLATIONS Should a guest cancel within 24 hours of the reservation; a cancellation fee of $60 per person may be applied to the credit card on file. CONFIRMATIONS We will contact you no later than 24 hours before your reservation to confirm final numbers. Once numbers have been confirmed, any amendments will be at the discretion of the events and venue managers.
