WEDDINGS AT EMBASSY XO A wedding hosted at Embassy XO does not need be contained in venue; we offer a range of packages to suit any wedding ceremony, whether it is held on the sand, in Sunshine Beach park, or on a neighbouring lawn. We also offer an emergency ceremony location free of charge in case of wet weather. Once the ceremony is finished, guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapés in the Lounge Bar and outdoor balcony area. From there guests can enjoy the reception in our bright and elegant dining room. Our dining space can host 100 people for a cocktail style reception, or 70 for a sit down dinner. Embassy XO's Head Chef can create a specialised menu for the event, with all dietary requirements met including children s and suppliers meals. There is no room hire fee, and Embassy XO boasts a full music license meaning couples can hire a band, connect their ipod, or hire a DJ.
