CHRISTOPHER GROSSMAN CHEF DE CUISINE JASON BABB GENERAL MANAGER As chef de cuisine, Chef Grossman brings years of experience working alongside top-rated chefs, including his most recent position at Thomas Keller s highly acclaimed The French Laundry in Napa Valley. Prior to moving out west, Grossman trained under Gerry Klaskala at his award-winning Aria restaurant for several years and was previously working at the James Beardnominated Common Grill in Michigan. Having grown up in the industry at a family-owned restaurant, Jason Babb quickly worked his way to management at several Boston area restaurants. After graduating from Emerson College, Babb was named general manager of Grill 23, one of Boston s most notable steakhouses; a position he held for twelve years. In 2013, he moved to Atlanta and most recently served as general manager of Bones. 3
