WELCOME TO THE SWAN Located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Broadway, The Swan is the ideal venue for your next event or celebration. With its cosy and inviting bar, a stunningly designed restaurant and beautiful private function room, The Swan can provide the perfect space for any occasion. The roaring log fire in our cosy bar area provides a perfect backdrop for drinks with friends after a bracing Cotswold walk. In the summer months, take a seat on our terrace and enjoy views out over the village green. Our beautiful restaurant combines modern styling with original Cotswold stone walls. It s an ideal place to enjoy an intimate meal with family and friends. The Cygneture Room is our private function room. The room boasts fantastic views out over the village green and plenty of character making it perfect for meetings and celebrations alike. Our stunning stone building, idyllic Cotswold location, warm hospitality and delicious freshly prepared menus will mean that your event is one to remember. 2
BUSINESS MEETINGS AND CORPORATE EVENTS Our Cygneture Room is the ideal place for your next business meeting or corporate event. The room can accommodate up to 20 people in a variety of different layouts. The Cygneture Room benefits from: TV screen Flip chart Complimentary Wi-Fi The adjoining snug area is ideal for breakout space or a change of scenery for your lunch to be served. Our team of skilled chefs can provide a wide range of refreshments to suit your needs; from breakfast to lunch buffets or evening meals. We will also ensure that all of your drinks needs are catered for; make use of the tea and coffee facilities or order drinks to be served to the room. If a private meeting room is a little too formal for your meeting, our snug area is ideal for a casual coffee or lunch to catch up with clients. Tables can be reserved for parties of up to 6 or the whole area is perfect for informal meetings for up to 12 people. TV screen and flip chart facilities are provided with the hire of our Cygneture room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the adjoining Snug throughout your meeting as well as the option of a buffet lunch. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the venue. There are a number of different spaces available to book for your celebration including our exclusive private Cygneture Room. Our stunning bar area is ideal for a drinks party or informal gathering. We re able to provide delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as snacks to suit your schedule and requirements. Food can be served either plated or buffet style dependant on what works best for your event. Our Sales & Events Manager will be happy to put together a drinks package for you based on your needs. Every event has a different timescale and different refreshment needs.
