General Information Accommodations: The Meadows features two beautifully appointed meeting and banquet rooms: The Grand Ballroom (310 people) and The Victorian Room (100 people). Payments: Rooms will only be reserved with a deposit. The Grand Ballroom is $500.00 and The Victorian Room is $200.00. The Victorian Room requires a minimum banquet charge of $500.00. Full payment is required the day of the event. Tax is extra. Guarantee: We ask for a final attendance number two weeks prior to your event. This number of guests will be a minimum guarantee for which you will be charged. Menus must be finalized two weeks before event. Food: Excluding wedding cakes, food may not be brought into or removed from The Meadows. Liquor: The Meadows is responsible for sale and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Control Board. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into or removed from The Meadows. Ohio state law prohibits the consumption of alcohol be persons under the age of 21, including the wedding party. Bar service will end 15 minutes prior to the end of your event. Decorations: Decorations including chair covers, flowers, ice carvings, lighting, candy stations, and other services are available.
