FREQUENTLY ASKED EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS (FAQ) Q. How many attendees can I expect to see? A. In past years we have had 100-150 but we are kicking our marketing up this year and we plan to have approximately 200 attendees. Each REALTOR attendee will receive a Movie Pass which must be punched by each exhibitor to enter our Grand Prize drawing. Q. Can I be a presenter as well? A. If you are interested in conducting a 20-30 minute or 30-45 minute presentation for our members, please fill out one of our Presenter Application, found on OuterBanksRealtors.com/Realtor-Fest to be returned to Katelin Kight by February 9, 2018. Space is limited & applicants are subject to a REALTOR Fest selection committee; you will be notified of their decision by February 22, 2018. Q. Will I have electricity at my booth? A. Please see our Exhibitor Layout for booths which include electricity and check with Katelin to see if one is available. If no booths with electricity are available at the time of your registration, it is possible that arrangements may be made to provide electricity for your booth. Q. May I conduct a business card drawing for visitors to my booth? A. Absolutely! We also plan to announce four door prize winners in the lobby on each hour. If you re able to donate a door prize for attendees or your fellow exhibitors as well, please let us know. Q. How can we get even more exposure as Exhibitors? A. Check out our event Sponsorship Packages! Q. What about set-up / break-down instructions? A. Soon after you are selected as an exhibitor, Katelin will email you an instruction packet within information on set-up & break-down as well as lunch times and area information. Q. Will movies be playing during the event? A. Movie showings will begin at 12:30p. We will ask that everyone tries to be courteous to movie-goers after 12:30p to ensure that they do not experience interruptions. Movie-goers may stop by your booth between 12:30-2:00p.

SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY. Application for exhibitor space, sponsorship, and/or being a presenter at the 2018 Outer Banks Association of REALTORS (OBAR) REALTOR Fest & Tech Fair must be made on the form provided by OBAR, contain the information requested and be executed by an individual who has the authority to act for the applicant. OBAR reserves the right to decline any application for any reason, if in OBAR's judgment the products or services to be shown or demonstrated are not applicable to the real estate or technology business or are inconsistent with the stated purpose and mission of OBAR. OBAR further reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept or reject applications based on space limitations and to assign booth space as it deems appropriate. 2. ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBITOR SPACE. All space assignments shall be made by OBAR, in its sole discretion, and OBAR reserves the right to change all booth assignments as it deems appropriate. 3. EXHIBITOR FEE. The price for each exhibitor space is listed here and on the application: Table in Exhibitor Hall by Early Bird date $200.00. Table in Exhibitor Hall after Early Bird date $225.00. Table in Lobby area by Early Bird date $250.00. Table in Lobby area after Early Bird date $275.00. Early bird date: February 27, 2018. ($10.00 Electricity fee) Note: Sponsorship and Exhibitor opportunities and pricing are set forth on the application and are incorporated herein by reference. 4. SPONSORSHIP FEE. The price for each Sponsorship is listed here and on the application: Golden Globes Sponsorship (Event- Lobby/Hall Table) $2,000.00. Sundance Award Sponsorship (Lunch- Lobby Table) $1,500.00. Critic's Choice Sponsorship (Lanyard - Hall Table) $800. Academy Award Sponsorship (Coffee- Hall Table) $500.00. MTV Movie Award Sponsorship (Popcorn-Hall Table) $500.00, People's Choice Sponsor (Drink Sponsor) $500.00. 5. EXHIBITORS STAFF. OBAR reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to impose reasonable limitations on the number of exhibit staff within an exhibit and encourages Exhibitors to obtain approval for the number of staff prior to the event. (There will be an extra $15 charge for each attendee over the set amount to cover food cost.) 6. PAYMENT DATES. No Exhibitor space will be assigned or guaranteed until OBAR has received your exhibitor or sponsorship fee along with the signed application and until such time as your application has been approved by OBAR. Only those companies having made payment in full by March 12, 2018 will be listed in the Tech Fair Program. 7. CANCELLATION. In the event Exhibitor notifies OBAR of Exhibitor's intent to retract his/her contract prior to March 16, 2018 shall be entitled to retain fifty percent (50%) of the full exhibit space fee as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. If OBAR receives such notice of the Exhibitor's repudiation after March 16, 2018 OBAR reserves the right to retain the full exhibit space fee as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and to resell or reassign the booth space.
