PATRICK BOUDON / ENTRE DEUX MERS Throwback to 1963, when Bordeaux counted 3 organic winemakers and when Patrick s dad was one of them. Why not making wines like every other winemakers at this time? He knew all the chemical products authorized now in any common wine will deteriorate his terroir on the long term. Nowadays, if you ever have the chance to talk with Patrick, you ll understand that the communication with the earth through organic winemaking skills is essential for him to produce «living wines» as he likes to call them. 2015 Domaine du Bourdieu - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Domaine du Bourdieu - Sémillion, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle 2016 Chapô ( Sulfites free ) - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Château Haut Mallet - Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Château Haut Mallet - Sémillion, Sauvignon Blanc
JON BOWEN / CORBIERES Since their first vintage in this mineral and stunning landscape, Elizabeth and Jon Bowen have little by little realized the complicity between the complex soils and the local grape varieties. Alongside winemakers sensivity and the power of their «terroir» stands an impressive desire to experiment by reinterpreting the heritage of Corbières. From first sight of the unique geology and climat here, professional intuition made it clear that it is an area of immense potential. 2017 Pourboire Nature ( Sulfites free ) - Carignan, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Syrah 2015 Magnéric - Grenache, Syrah, Carignan 2017 La Serre - Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris 2015 Carignan - Carignan

André Leenhardt took over the Château de Cazeneuve in 1987 with 10 hectares of vines. Le Roc des Mates, has been one of the first cuvée and remains the leading one by far. Made from the oldest vines of the estate, it stands out with its wide range of aromas and its significant length. 2014 Le Roc des Mates - Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache ANNE-LISE GOUJON / SAINT EMILION «For us what is important is the perception of terroir. All the work, from the vineyard to the cellar, is made to respect it». Familial property since 1840, the Château Moulin de Lagnet went through a huge renewal between 1984 and 2000 and has earned a reputation for its reliability in quality for their 9 hectares estate.
