JURA ENA SERIES ARE THE WORST DESIGNED MACHINES AT LOWER PRICED RANGE. MOST PARTS ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO REPLACE IN THE TIGHT FIT DESIGN. THE GRINDER HAS FREQUENT MALFUNCTION. FIX THIS MACHINE TO SELL & BUY A 10 TIMES BETTER MODEL. Buying Jura product is like supporting ISIS. Owning a Jura machine is like harbouring a Terrorist Jura espresso machines are made by Eugster/Frismag AG., with manufacturing workshops in Switzerland, Portugal & China. Jura is only a marketing Company that primarily markets these machines through their local country offices. Jura does not share technical information or sell parts. We at Parts Guru sell parts, and repair Jura machines for very fast turnaround. In the Jura manual, initial set up recommends to activate reminders for regular use of Clearyl filter cartridges to prevent calcium and scale build up inside the hydraulic system. This is not correct. This is a setup for sale of expensive and ineffective filters in perpetuity. The Clearyl filter does not prevent calcium sediments collecting in the hyraulic system inside the machine. We observe extensive Calcium deposits in almost every Jura machine opened for repairs at our workshop that use Clearyl filters. We encourage every Jura espresso machine owner to learn proper maintenance and manual cleaning of brewing unit. Brewing unit is the main part that actually extracts coffee every day. If not cleaned manually, it accumulates spilled coffee grounds below the brewing unit, causing display of Error 8. Brewing unit not cleaned manually for a year or two is like teeth not brushed. To encourage Jura owners for 'Do It Yourself' maintenance & repairs, we have posted Video guides on YOU TUBE channel "Parts Guru USA". Please log in for guidance. Watch the instructional videos for opening the Jura C, E, F, J, S, Z, & ENA series & Saeco machines. Video guides show how to open-close machine, replace grinder, Brew group & tune up & more! We offer the following three options to owners of Jura machines: Option 1: Watch the How to Videos posted by us for internal cleaning, fix the leaks & replace parts. Jura will not sell parts but we do. Additional specific guidance is available via e-mail to anyone, anywhere in the world. Option 2: Jura owners in USA who do not have tools or time to fix the machine, can ship the machine to us for repairs and fast turnaround. Option 3: Trade-in the old Juramachine as is - for purchase of a new reliable easy to maintain models Gamea Revo & Royal One Touch or AuLika TOP, One Touch High speed model. We offer choice from only three machines because as technicians of over 25 years we know that the machines made after 2006 are poorly designed at low cost with too many small unnecessary plastic parts that are not available when needed. Market is full with bad machines swarming like Locusts. We do not recommend or sell any of the low quality, plastic junk machines. We do not sell Jura, Breville & Krups espresso machines because we are totally against their policies for not sharing technical information & not selling parts. The quality of Saeco & Gaggia New Generation models has deteriorated since 2006 when Philips bought the Saeco group. We do not recommend or sell espresso machines sold with Philips Saeco label.
