click here to arrange a visit Terms & Conditions Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of 5 days after which they will be released unless an extension has been granted. To secure the room for your function we require a payment of the room hire fee in advance. Your booking is not con rmed until we have received this payment. A credit card is to be provided prior to your function for any additional expenses. All catering is to be arranged through The Park Business Centre, unless otherwise approved. Final arrangements regarding time, room con guration, catering, equipment and number of attendees must be nalised 7 days prior to the date of the function. Cancellation terms: If 30 days or more notice is given prior to the date of the function, the booking fee will be refunded less a $110 administration fee. Alternatively you may transfer your booking to another date at no additional charge. If between 14-30 days notice is given prior to the date of the function, a 50% cancellation fee of the room hire fee will be charged. Alternatively you may transfer your booking to another date at no additional charge. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the date of the function, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the room hire fee (no refund). The booking will not be transferrable.
