There will be NO auto-shipment of Shrimp. Operators will need to order shrimp for this promotion. Although each DC will have stock on hand similar to last year s usage levels, operators are urged to let their DC know in advance(before 1-1-16) how many cases they will be ordering during this seven week promotion. SPECIAL NOTICE: If you DID NOT OFFER SHRIMP last year, but intend to do so this year, YOU MUST NOTIFY your DC ASAP. Note: Guests may want to order 21 pc. crispy shrimp either a la carte or in a basket with fries and slaw. 5

Product Guide Coleslaw Cabbage Mix Product Guide Coleslaw Cabbage Mix There will be NO auto-shipment of fresh coleslaw cabbage mix. Coleslaw will be made in the back of house using fresh coleslaw cabbage mix and coleslaw dressing Each restaurant operator will need to order coleslaw mix from their DC. Although each DC will have stock on hand, operators are urged to let their DC know in advance(before 1-1-16) how many cases they will be ordering during this seven week promotion. Since every DC will be carrying different types of fresh coleslaw cabbage mix, in different pack sizes, operators will have the option of purchasing their fresh coleslaw cabbage mix from a local produce vendor. For all operators selling coleslaw for the first time, you must utilize a chopped coleslaw cabbage blend with carrots, with or without red cabbage. For all operators who are currently selling any type of house made coleslaw, you WILL NOT have to change to this coleslaw or coleslaw recipe. All operators will be required to use the 5.5 oz. plastic soufflé cup (4 oz. portion) in the Pub Battered Cod fish (2 pc. or 3 pc.) and 21 pc. shrimp baskets. Note: A&W restaurants will be featuring coleslaw in both an LTO chicken sandwich and LTO burgers in 2016. Coleslaw will be made in the back of house using fresh coleslaw cabbage mix and coleslaw dressing. Each restaurant operator will need to order coleslaw dressing from their DC. Each DC will be carrying different types of coleslaw dressing, with most dressing packed into 4 (1 gal) jars per case. Each 4 (1 gal) case of dressing should yield appx. 500 (4 oz.) portions of finished coleslaw. Note: Operators who order from McLane's will have just one case of Ventura Cole Slaw Dressing of stock on hand, operators are urged to let their DC know in advance(before 1-1-16) how many cases they will be ordering during this seven week promotion. Note: Operators who order from McLane's: After the first case of dressing (which you will need to order this is NOT an auto-shipment), all coleslaw dressing will require a special order with a 2-3 week lead time. Option #2: Fish or shrimp, fries in the medium (regular)fry bag, and coleslaw in the 5.5 oz. plastic soufflé cup w/lid, in a family/carton box with liner and put into the large die cut to-go bag. (1 family/carton box will fit into a 12# paper bag) Note: If you decide to use option #2, operators MUST let their DC know in advance (before 1-1-16) how many cases of the Carton Dinner boxes (400 per case) and die cut to-go bags (500 per case)they will be ordering during this seven week promotion. 14

Optional sauce, either 2 oz. soufflé cup or PC on the side. Option#2: 2# Food Tray with liner. Fish or Shrimp on top of fries in the food tray. Coleslaw in the 5.5 oz. plastic soufflé cup w/lid, in the tray. Optional sauce, either 2 oz. soufflé cup or PC on the side. Note: Most restaurants are currently using either the 2# food tray or the 3# food tray. The Fish and Shrimp baskets do fit better in a 3# food tray. The 2# food tray, does work for this promotion. If you currently use the 2# food tray and want to use Option #1-3# food tray for this promotion, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR DC by 1/1/16 and let them know you will be ordering 3# food tray and how many cases (1000 food trays per case) you will need for this promotion. 16

This cup will hold the 4 oz. portion of coleslaw that will be offered with each basket. DC s will not be stocking extra cases of these products. Note: Operators MUST let their DC know in advance (before 1-1-16) how many more cases of the plastic soufflé cups @ $55 per case and lids @ $45 (2500 each per case) they will be ordering during this seven week promotion. Both the cup and lid will be considered special order items, needing a 2-3 week lead time for your DC to receive and deliver the product to your location. 17
