Welcome to the Wynnum Manly Junior Rugby Leagues Club Use this Function & Catering Guide to help plan your next event, no matter the requirements or size We endeavor to make your event a pleasure and success. You are able to provide your own catering (we do ask that our bar is used during your event), however should you require hassle-free catering we are able to provide the following menu options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Confirmation Requires a 30-day notice with full payment for final confirmation of function. All prices include GST Final Numbers We appreciate 7 days notice to function date for all function otherwise a late fee may be incurred Functions Cost $200 Bond Cash Only Members Costs $200 Room Hire Non Members Costs $280 Room Hire Security Cancellations Licensed Club Underage Drinking Entertainment Smoking Function Hours Cleaning Club Equipment Additional Requirements Specialized Equipment Themed Events Function Guests Minimum of 4 hours at $50per officer. 50 people and under, (one) 1 guard required, 50-100 people, (two) 2 guards required To be discussed with the manager on booking of function In case of cancellations, 10 days notice is required. If this does not occur you will forfeit you booking deposit and the cost of security officers No alcohol to be brought in from outside. Club Bar prices apply to functions. Alcohol only to be consumed within the licensed area (Clubhouse). Last drink will be called 30 minutes prior to functions end Persons under the age of 18 will not be served and are not allowed to consume alcohol on the premises. Intoxicated minors will not be allowed on the premises. Minors are to be supervised by a parent or guardian whilst on the premises. Noncompliance of the above will cause the function being closed down Own DJs and Jukeboxes allowed to finish ½ prior to the end of event No smoking allowed in the Clubhouse only in allocated signed outside areas 12 midnight. (All guest/persons must vacate the premises by 12.00mn) Room must be left neat and tidy. All decorations to be put in the bins provided otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged out of bond Use of Club s items permitted. Must be left cleaned and put away. A copy of Certificated of Currency of Public Liability Insurance for any equipment or rides from outside suppliers must be supplied to the club before function Available at your request to suit your special functions (such as linen, flowers and other equipment) We are happy to coordinate any request you may have, however large or fanciful. All guests are to comply with the Clubs Rules and Liquor Licensing Act NON-COMPLIANCE OF ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL CANCEL BOOKING OR CAUSE CLOSURE OF FUNCTION
