Conference ROOM HIRE The Manor House The du Cros, de Mornay and Blackstone Rooms can be arranged to your requirements with seating up to 40 people in each room, depending on layout. The Wynn Room is recommended for meetings of up to 10 people in a boardroom setting. Full day Half day Fountain Conference Centre 140 (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) 100 (8.30 am to 1.00 pm, or 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm) Seats a maximum of 85. With disabled access and facilities. Full day Half day 300 (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) 175 (8.30 am to 1.00 pm, or 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm) GENERAL INFORMATION All meeting rooms and equipment will be set up and ready in advance of the meeting All arrangements will be confirmed with the meeting co-ordinator prior to the event A member of the Howbery Park Estates Management will be available to liaise on any issues Rates shown include delegate car parking and the use of the Manor House facilities EQUIPMENT LCD projector and screen, laptop for projector, flipchart / pens, free of charge. Fax and photocopying services will incur an extra cost. WiFi is available throughout The Manor House free of charge. We understand that each event has different requirements and are committed to providing you with catering and refreshments which can be adapted to suit your specific needs, including any dietary requirements. Our menus are developed to suit all occasions and budgets, our Manager is on hand to discuss your requirements directly on (01491) 822336, or email catering@howberypark.com We can provide bespoke menus for Breakfast Buffets, Finger Buffets, Hot & Cold Fork Buffets, to a sit down dressed table in our Manor House Restaurant. Our services and facilities are available between 8am 5pm Monday to Friday. For requirements outside of these hours additional costs.

Conference & BOOKINGS Please ensure you allow a minimum of 48 hours in advance for catering requirements. A 10% levy will be added to catering orders received within 48 hours. A 20% levy will be added to catering orders received within 24 hours. CANCELLATIONS Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the Conference room Manager in the first instance verbally. The Client should confirm all cancellation details in writing. Cancellations MUST be received within 24 hours prior to the event, otherwise all catering requirements will be charged in full.
