However should there be any change in this tax as a result of Government Policy we reserve the right to amend it as necessary. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing. The Kitchen within the Hotel uses gluten and nut products therefore cannot guarantee gluten or nut free. All party night and party lunch bookings require food selection and wine to be pre-ordered 14 days before the event. To ensure the enjoyment of everyone, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or escort from our premises any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No beverages other than those bought on the Hotel premises may be consumed. Accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card. Group bookings subject to group contract conditions. In the unlikely event that a party should fail to reach minimum numbers, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel or consolidate the event. An alternative date, or full refund will be offered. Dress code for all parties is smart casual attire. Please note that for any booking of 10 people or more a separate contract will need to be signed.
