general information Menu Selection Our menus offer a comprehensive selection of popular culinary creations from which to choose. In addition, our professional catering and culinary staff will be happy to tailor a menu to your specific taste and needs. Menus and details for your event should be finalized at least two (2) weeks prior to your event date Prices are based on one (1) selection per banquet meal Multiple choice menus are subject to an additional charge Menu items and pricing are subject to change Guarantees The Hotel requires a final confirmation or guarantee of your guest s attendance per meal no later than 72 hours or three (3) business days prior to your scheduled event. Should your final guarantee fall below your original contracted minimum, the Group will be financially responsible for the difference. Once received, the final guarantee is not subject to reduction. However, we can accept increases in the number expected up to 24 hours prior to the event. If a guarantee is not provided, the contracted agreed number of attendees will be used as the guarantee. During this time if the actualized number of attendees falls below the minimum, the group will be financially responsible for the difference. If the number of actualized attendees is greater than agreed number, overage charges will be applied. The DoubleTree by Hilton, will be prepared to serve 3% in excess of the guaranteed number of guests. Cancellation Requested deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, a penalty fee may be applicable based upon the original contract Deposits A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract signing by the group Service Charge A service fee of 22% will be applied to the final bill Labor Charge A labor fee of $75.00 will be charged to for buffets of less than 20 guests. The hotel reserves the right to charge a service fee for set-up of rooms with extraordinary requirements. There will be a bartender fee of $100.00 per bartender that will be waived should each bar exceed $300.00 in beverage sales. For all no-host bars there will be a bartender fee of $35.00 per hour with a three-hour minimum per bartender. Forms of Payment Payment for the event and catering services can be made through cash or credit card. We do not accept checks Parking Self parking is available and complimentary for your guests. Special Services Advance delivery of materials, equipment or packages must be coordinated with the Catering department prior to the function date. Storage fees may apply.
