April 2019 Newsletter Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow! Oh, no! Wrong song and wrong season! How about the green, green grass of home? Or at least, the green, green grass of Oneota! Welcome to Oneota and spring! Well, not quite spring. Even if you traveled to warmer climates, you still heard the griping about the weather in Decorah...cold, snow, ice, snow, and cold...when you called to check on the house and your friends back home. Now, we can look forward to warmer weather, no more snow, no flooding and using white golf balls when playing that first round of golf! Speaking of golf...the course will open as soon as conditions allow. Traditionally, the driving range will open a few days before the course. Just a reminder, when the golf course is closed, the practice putting greens are also closed. The clubhouse will be open the first Tuesday in April. It can be available for all your rental requirements. A business function or social event of any kind, please talk to us about a package to take care of your needs. We can help! Finally, do you know anyone who might be considering an Oneota membership? With the changes in the dues structure, we believe our membership package can be very attractive to prospective members. We will provide them with the information they need to consider what Oneota has to offer and how to become a member.
