If you didn t already know by now, our steak pies are kind of a big deal in fact, they picked up the Diamond award at the 2015 Craft Butchers Awards. That s because every one of our steak pies are hand-made by our legendary Head Baker, Del. He is kind of a big deal as well. Our steak pies are packed with our tender Auchtertool Angus Beef which has been cooked for 14 hours so that it simply melts in your mouth. Del s delicious gravy is so good, legend has it that the recipe is kept in the same safe as the one for Coca Cola. New for 2016 is the inclusion of our Unfired Oven Ready Buffalo Steak Pies. These are traditionally prepared then frozen with the pastry uncooked so you can enjoy the first bake of the puff pastry.
