THINGS TO DO WITH POTATOES THINGS TO DO WITH POTATOES There are so many different ways to prepare them, but a lot of times we can fall into the old easy stand-bys: mashed, boiled & baked. You ll also find several tips and cooking methods listed underneath ******Roasted: Balsamic: (Red) Made with olive or canola oil, finely chopped green onion, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, ground nutmeg, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Crispy Smashed: (Baby Red or Yellow) All you need are salt and extra-virgin olive oil to make these. Parmesan: Serves 4, made with olive oil, garlic salt, salt, paprika, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
