Coffee has such a strong, unique flavor, it actually makes a fantastic addition or even primary ingredient in many other drinks. Plus, with its other benefits, there are dozens of different ways to consume coffee in everyday life. It can be incorporated into milkshakes, hot beverages, cold beverages, iced drinks, and many more. In this recipe book, we have brought together 20 interesting ways you can use coffee in your daily lives, besides the typical preparation. These recipes are unique, easy-to-make, and tasty. Coffee and Vanilla Shake This simple coffee and vanilla shake is heavenly delicious. You can adjust the quantity of sugar according to your taste. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes 1 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¾ cup milk 6 ice cubes 2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. chocolate syrup Whipped cream (to garnish) Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Dulce de Leche Coffee This delicious coffee is made with brewed coffee and dulce de leche. Serves: 6 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes 4 cups hot brewed coffee 6 oz. dulce de leche 2 tbsp. sugar 1 cup heavy cream 6 tbsp. grated chocolate Combine sugar and cream in a bowl and whip until stiff. Add the dulce de leche to the hot coffee and stir until well combined and dissolved, keeping it hot. Pour into 6 mugs or glasses. Top each glass with a heaping tablespoon of whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of grated chocolate and serve immediately. Mom s Coffee Specialty Drinks 4

Spiced Coffee This spiced coffee tastes great with half and half and sweetened whipped cream. You can enjoy this healthy coffee for breakfast or in the evening. Serves: 6 Preparation time: 20 minutes 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. ground cloves ¾ tsp. ground cinnamon ½ tsp. baking soda 6 cups hot brewed coffee ½ cup molasses ¼ cup brown sugar 1 cup half and half cream 1 ½ cup sweetened whipped cream Combine brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes. Fill each cup of coffee within an inch of the top and add about 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and sugar mixture and stir well. Stir in half and half to taste. Vietnamese Iced Coffee This fantastic Vietnamese iced coffee is very refreshing and delicious in hot summer weather. Serves: 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes 2 cups brewed, dark-roast Vietnamese coffee, chilled ¼ cup condensed milk 2 cups ice Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and stir vigorously. Pumpkin Spice Latte This quick and great pumpkin spice latte tastes great when topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice ¼ cup brewed espresso 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. sugar ½ tsp. vanilla extract In a small saucepan, whisk ½ cup milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla essence, and sugar over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes then whisk in remaining ½ cup milk. Pour this milk mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp. Return strained milk mixture to the saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes, whisking continuously. Add espresso and whisk for 1 minute or until foamy. Oatmeal Coffee Mugs You can have this rich and fabulous oatmeal coffee mug in morning. You can add the spices according to your taste. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time 5 minutes 2 cups quick-cooking oats 5 ½ cups milk 4 shots warm espresso 4 tbsp. granola ¼ cup brown sugar, loosely packed 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg ¼ tsp. ground cloves Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. When milk starts to simmer add brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Whisk the milk to a forth. Add in the oats and stir constantly. Cook for 3 minutes or until the oatmeal is a smoothie like consistency. Pour this hot mixture into 4 mugs and stir in a shot of espresso into each mug. Blended Blueberry Coffee Blueberries and cold brew coffee concentrate blend together to form a wonderful drink. Top it with whipped cream and blueberries to make it more tempting. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes ½ cup cold-brew vanilla iced coffee concentrate 1 cup blueberries, frozen ½ cup milk 1 ½ tsp. sugar Whipped cream, for garnish Fresh blueberries, for garnish Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Coconut Iced Coffee The exotic blend of flavors will make this coconut iced coffee very special and delicious. Serves: 3 Preparation time: 7 minutes Cooking time: 3 minutes 14 oz. cold-brew concentrate 1 can (14 oz.) light coconut milk 2 tsp. unsweetened coconut flakes, plus more for garnish 2 tsp. coconut extract 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom, plus 1 pinch 1 tsp. sugar 1 tray ice cubes In a small pan, heat coconut flakes and a pinch of cardamom over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes or until lightly browned, remove from heat. Combine cold brew concentrate, coconut milk, coconut extract, sugar, and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill 3 glasses halfway with ice cubes and divide coffee between them. Turkish coffee This is a traditional Turkish coffee recipe. The same method is used in many Middle Eastern countries. Serves: 5 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes 2 ½ tbsp. finely ground Turkish-style coffee 1 ¼ cups cold milk 5 tsp. sugar In a saucepan stir milk, sugar, and coffee over medium heat. Chocolate and Peanut Butter Iced Coffee This super tasty and easy chocolate and peanut butter iced coffee can be made with ingredients you most likely have. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup 1 tbsp. peanut butter 1 cup brewed coffee ½ cup soy milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 tbsp. brown sugar Take an ice cube tray and pour brewed coffee in it and freeze for 2 hours or until coffee ice cubes form. Minty Iced Coffee This quick and delicious minty iced coffee will definitely refresh you on a warm sunny day. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 3 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes 1 cup fresh-brewed strong coffee 4 fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp. heavy cream 1 tbsp. simple syrup (see below) ice Ingredients for simple syrup: 1 cup sugar 1 cup water Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat, cook until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool. Muddle the fresh mint leaves in a large glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the coffee, simple syrup, and heavy cream. Give it a swirl and serve. Mom s Coffee Specialty Drinks 13

Coffee with Orange juice It really tastes like orange flavored coffee. The interesting combination of coffee, chocolate, and orange is very delicious. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes 1 cup brewed coffee 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp. sugar Combine all the ingredients in a mug. Hazelnut Coffee with Chocolate Toffee Syrup This coffee is so delicious and tempting. You can use the chocolate toffee syrup according to your taste. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes 4 oz. very strong hot-brewed hazelnut coffee 2-4 tbsp. chocolate toffee syrup, plus more for drizzling 4 oz. hot whole milk Whipped cream for serving For chocolate toffee syrup: ½ cup cane sugar 6 oz. quality milk chocolate, chopped ¾ cup heavy cream, warmed ½ tsp. vanilla extract Pinch of salt For coffee: Combine coffee, chocolate toffee syrup, and milk in a mug and stir until combined. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate toffee syrup. For chocolate toffee syrup (yield: 1 ½ cups): In a medium heavy saucepan, cook sugar over medium heat, undisturbed, until it begins to melt. Continue cooking and stir slowly with a fork until the sugar is completely melted and pale golden. Keep stirring and swirling the pan until the sugar is a deep golden caramel. Remove from heat and gently add the warm cream down the side of the saucepan. Return the caramel to the heat and add the salt and chocolate and stir until smooth. Almond Milk Coffee This is dairy free healthy almond milk coffee drink. You can add brown sugar instead of honey. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk 2 shots brewed espresso, chilled 1 tsp. honey 1 cup ice Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Coffee Lemonade This sweet and summery beverage has a unique flavor, which is perfect to refresh you in hot weather. Serves: 6 Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes 1 ½ cups cold-brewed coffee concentrate 1 ½ cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1 cup brown sugar 1 ½ cups water, divided 2 cups tonic water Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Combine 1 cup water, lemon juice, and brown sugar and cook for 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Pour it into a pitcher and add tonic water, 1 ½ cups water, and cold-brewed coffee concentrate, mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Mom s Coffee Specialty Drinks 18

Avocado Iced Coffee This surprisingly delicious iced coffee is creamy in texture and less sweet. This avocado drink is a great way to add healthy fats to your daily routine. Serves: 2 Preparation time: 5 minutes 1 cup strong iced coffee ½ avocado, pitted, and scoop out the avocado flesh ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp. vanilla-flavored coffee syrup Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 10 minutes 3 tbsp. double-strength brewed coffee 1 tbsp. chocolate-flavored protein powder 1 tbsp. raw sunflower seed kernels 1 large banana, frozen and chunked 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 tbsp. raw slivered almonds Pour brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 6 hours or until completely frozen. Nutella and Almond Milk Coffee This combination of Nutella with almond milk creamer and coffee is delicious. Adjust the quantity of Nutella spread according to your taste. Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes 2 shots brewed espresso 1 ½ tbsp. Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread ¼ cup almond milk creamer ½ cup skim milk Ice cubes In a large cup, combine hot espresso and chocolate-hazelnut spread and mix until melted and combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled. Add skim milk, ice, and almond milk creamer to the espresso mixture and mix well and serve. Mom s Coffee Specialty Drinks 22

Mocha Punch with Ice Cream Mocha punch is a great combination of coffee and chocolate with ice cream and whipped cream. Serves: 20 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes ¼ cup instant coffee ½ cup powdered chocolate drink mix 1 ½ qt. water ½ cup sugar 1 cup frozen whipped topping ½ gallon vanilla ice cream ½ gallon chocolate ice cream ¼ cup shaved milk chocolate (optional) In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove the sauce pan from heat and stir in chocolate drink mix, coffee granules, and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Pour chocolate mixture in a large punch bowl about 30 minutes before serving. Scoop chocolate and vanilla ice cream into the bowl, stirring until ice cream is partially melted.
