Our chefs draw their inspiration from our unique location, our proximity to the Exmouth Gulf and expansive pastoral grazing areas to create a tantalising fare from the land and the sea. Catering packages vary from stand up cocktail style events, buffet style dining or fully serviced table d hote dining with a set menu. These menus can be tailored to suit the location within the Novotel Ningaloo Resort where you choose to hold your event. Locations on offer include our Poolside area, Mantaray s Restaurant, Mantaray s Terrace, the Lily Pond Lounge and Terrace or our Function Room.
